I was looking for a dr for my son. I had to leave 3 calls over a month and a half timeframe. The…read morethird call I left a message that was very pointed and voiced my displeasure of not being contacted. I finally received a return call after that. The doctor offered an excuse of not having a clerical staff and being very busy. This was very unprofessional and very disappointing as he came highly recommended in his field of speciality. I understand that he is busy, I would hope he know that I am too and I could have been looking somewhere else in this timeframe for a different provider as there are not many around in the area. When I asked if he had any recommendations for another dr he told me to search online. Again, very unprofessional. This was a dr that is supposed to specialize in working with kids with Autism/Aspergers and social situations. At this point I am happy to be looking elsewhere!
