It would be nice to walk in with a genuine smiling face but she has this smile where you dont feel welcome. Doc Cooley rarely gives you the time of the day and doesnt listen to what you say or what you are asking for and just does what she wants and will prescibe you something that wont work and when she tells you what shes prescribing you have this "uh this medication treats my condition? i thought it treated this condition and this medication would be better" your told your wrong, so like a good patient you fill the rx (read the pamphlet and yet again shes has written you a "off label" prescription.) and SURPRISE it doesnt work so your just back in her office a week later begging her to listen to what you are saying and defending your symptoms like your on trial and you say one "wrong" thing shes gonna send you packing with no help. They are also currently in the process of moving to a new building...WHERE? i have gotten phone calls asking to change appointments bc of the move yet no one has told me where this practice is moving too...

My initial exam was at least 30 mins., which is about 25 mins. longer than most docs have spent with me in the past. She recommended a biopsy of a spot I had that two other practitioners brushed off, and it turned out to be lupus. Dr. Cooley has helped me through every step of the way in my treatment, even answering my questions by email. The staff is very friendly and appointments can be made quickly if need be. In a time where medicine has become commercialized and physicians are overbooked, Dr. Cooley takes the time to know her patients by name.

I called the following Monday to check in and was told .." yea yours CC is no good. I assured it was good. Second try.. nope, sorry! ... Now I'm pissed. Cancel my membership because you gave no idea how to treat your customers! As a new businesss owner, you should due diligence and read your contract for pertinent info for your clients and give them a heads up. Really bad business practicing friend! "!

I finally started seeing Hunter & in just two months he had me back up & running without knee pain for the first time since I was a child! Beyond happy. He was always professional but very friendly, easy to talk to, & genuinely seems like he loves his job & enjoys helping people. He is one of those professionals who practices what he preaches, which is refreshing - as in he works out regularly & eats healthy too (he's not someone who preaches that smoking is bad & then smokes himself). HIGHLY recommend! Can not say enough good things about him. Side note: although I never used it, they do have a day care area, you just have to "reserve" a spot ahead of time. (FYI - it's not free but I do believe it's really cheap, I can't remember exactly how much though)
