Eight weeks later the full leg cast was removed and my leg came out like a noodle. I was nervous if I'd ever walk normally again. I was matched with Matt O'Rourke at St Jos rehab (Nashua NH) and he was the PERFECT fit for my severe injury!! He teaches PT at Simmons College in Boston and REALLY knows his stuff!! He is a great listener, observer and detail oriented with action plans. He gave me targeted exercise-homework after each visit which accelerated my progress. I entered PT in a wheelchair and four months later, I was able to fly to Europe (lots of walking) and a month after that, get on a boat to a remote Maine island for lots of hiking -- oh, and I was able to walk/hike 10K-16K steps a day on the trips. Matt O'Rourke is THE BEST PT in Nashua!! Thank you, Matt!!

Chris was the consummate professional. challenging me to do more but never more than I could do. he was supportive and understanding . I would highly recommend St Joe's for your rehab needs. thank you Chris - you made rehab "almost " enjoyable!

Her massage room is located with in a multi use facility for martial arts and dance. Don't confuse it with the hair/nail/massage place next door! Experiencing a massage from Riki is like getting physical therapy and massage in one - it truly is "therapeutic." Riki takes the time to listen to your trouble areas. She has actually looked at my body before and asked if it hurt specifically in a certain spot and sure enough without wen touching me she found it! Riki has also located areas I didn't even know we're bothering me until she went to fix it! I've been seeing Riki for a few years now for both chronic pain as well as new injuries. In fact I fell snowboarding, went to the emergency room followed by the doctors three times. I had an MRI and exrays and they couldn't figure it out, was given two different diagnosises, not helped at all and I was left with a lot of pain. Not only did Riki know exactly where I was injured even though the doctors couldn't figure it out but she knew exactly what to do that successfully treated the injury. Prices are very reasonable especially given the quality of service. She does accept some limited insurances and offers gift certificates.

What I liked most about Jaylen is that she explained the "why" behind the exercises and customized them to my specific problem and my specific improvement rate.
