Marci was able to turn this viewpoint around, she is a blend of professionalism and care that is rare to see in a PT or in the medical industry. What I liked most about Jaylen is that she explained the "why" behind the exercises and customized them to my specific problem and my specific improvement rate. She changed the routine as I progressed and always seemed to pick things that were just the right amount of a challenge. The large rooms give you an insight into the other therapists as well, and they all seemed effective and friendly. Appointments are fairly easy to schedule; the only times I couldn't get an appointment on my desired day was Christmas week; the rest of the time I never had to shift by more than a half hour from optimal. Parking is easy. Coffee is there if you need it. Only real downside is that they're not open on weekends.
