Well-situated, thoughtfully equipped, polished modern apartments with a front desk open until 8pm. Read your emails and notify them if you will not be able to check in before 8pm so that you can get directions for access! We found a young man stuck outside at night not knowing how to get in, and gave him the emergency number. Apartments are very nice; excellent value for money. We reserved a one bedroom and were given one with an extra bedroom with a single twin bed. The extra space was convenient for our luggage, to use as a dressing room, and for phone meetings (or for a child). There was a washing machine in the kitchen. The friendly front desk will give you detergent and a drying rack. There were even little bottles of olive oil in the kitchen. Very good restaurants are nearby. Car access is restricted in this area, so if you take a cab, they will probably drop you off at Plaza de la Reina and it's an easy walk from the corner marked by a McDonald's.
