The man who came over, I assume Vlad based on the other reviews and his Slavic/Russian accent, gave me a super reasonable quote (lower than I expected) and insisted on explaining to me all sorts of things about the window quality and other small details that I wasn't interested in, but appreciated. He wasn't at all pushy, rather encouraged me to call other companies to see if they could make the service more perfect (he said that with my window having been custom made, there were certain parts of it that could not be exactly duplicated by him but maybe others could). I said no, book it! He came when he said he would, did the work quickly, covered the window hole with paper so my house didn't get cold while the window was out, and the result looks great. I highly recommend Vlad or whoever he was--like others said, he's honest, direct, hard-working, efficient, informative, and inexpensive.

They are vintage amber colored pieces of glass. We have a friend who blows glass who told us we were screwed and that no one would be able to match the color or replicate what we have (note to self never listen to them again lol). We made the measurements and sent them over, they then said we could also bring in the broken pieces so they could make sure they got the right color and thickness/edge shape as well as dispose of the broken pieces for us. Their customer service person was beyond rude. Her biggest concern was to make sure I understood it was no longer under warranty. ZERO concern for the injured person. No attempt to help the situation. They just aren't doing residential anymore unless through a contractor. THIS WAS PURCHASED THROUGH MY CONTRACTOR! I have never been so disappointed in any service performed at my house. And they don't seem to care. My only response is to tell 2 people and let them tell 2 people etc etc. They should be ashamed. Sometimes it's not about the warranty, it's about good biz.
