This I find to be very unprofessional & rude!! The manager then proceeds to tell the woman on the phone with me that I should bring the pizza back and they will make a new one with pepperoni and still charge me for the pizza they incorrectly made. I explained to the woman that I already drove 30 minutes to get the wrong pizza and now I have to drive another 15 minutes back there and 15 back home once again so I could pick up the right pizza. By now it has been an hour of driving for me. I explained to the woman I was not going to pay for the pizza that they made wrong because of all of the driving I had to do because they got the pizza wrong. I usually check the food & receipt before I leave any food establishment to make sure my order is right but this time I didn't which was my mistake. Plus the mushrooms were dried up on my pizza as well. Dominos do better!! I didn't get the managers name who was rude to me but she/he needs to do their job better and learn better customer service skills. It's going to be a long time before I ever order from them again or if I don't. Horrible experience
