Emmi's Kitchen is a cozy little spot hidden back in a courtyard, which I imagine is lovely on a day with more favorable weather. The inside isn't huge, but luckily there was room for our party of six -- we were able to push a few tables together. Most of the other tables were taken, so I imagine it's even busier on weekends. I got the avocado toast with tofu scramble, and a couple people in our group got the avocado toast without it. We all got coffee, and some of us also got orange juice. The food was tasty and fresh, and although I found the portion size to be a bit small relative to the price, I would probably come back here to try other things on the menu.

A really great dining experience…read more The atmosphere is upscale cafe - the tables have a nice mix of friendly and in the mix and private - although you are close together you don't feel close enough that others are eavesdropping on conversations. Service is friendly and helpful. Also appreciated there were gender neutral bathrooms. The drinks were great - nice to go somewhere with a diverse non alcoholic menu. I had an NA beer and my spouse had a strawberry matcha latte - I was definitely jealous of her drink as it was beautifully presented and well prepared. Food was also very good. We went all out - got a cashew cheese starter, schnitzel, a bowl, and ice cream for dessert. The schnitzel was a standout - my spouse doesn't eat meat but really wanted to try schnitzel - I do and think this one was better seasoned and prepared than the meat ones I had. My bowl was hearty and flavorful - especially liked the peanut sauce. And we loved that we could choose three flavors for the ice cream! Would definitely go back.

Our server was extremely helpful to offer recommendations and she spoke English very well. With what quickly became a full restaurant, her and the other server kept up with the crowd. I think she probably would have appreciated another hand or two to help. The food was so good, it is clear some though went into the menu as well as the preparation of each dish. Our only regret is that we didn't get a chance to visit again for breakfast before our trip to Munich was over. They offer both indoor and outdoor seating. The restrooms are for men, women, and gender neutral. They have a small café area and they offer takeaways. Definitely check out Max Pett whether you're vegan, plant-based, omni, or have a diverse group of eaters and you want everyone to leave satisfied!

In the sense they tend to add a dash of curry sauce or curry flavoring in their fillings for both meat and vegetables that give it a unique taste that I have only seen served in Nepal. Also most Nepalese can speak English, and the dude could speak English quite well, even though he said he hasn't practiced in many years. The place is small. They have maybe a few tables inside and outside. Luckily, it wasn't that busy when we came. I would advise sitting outside. It was super-hot inside. They have a big menu. Everything looked good. I tried their momo or dumplings. It was like your traditional Chinese dumplings, but the fillings had more of an Indian flavor. Nepal uses a lot of spices similar to India. I loved the flavors. It was so different, yet familiar to me. Their Veggie Dal Bhat is your basic vegetarian platter with Dal (lentil soup), potatoes, chickpeas, and other veggie goodness. They all had great flavor from the many spices they used. They also have a bunch of fried noodle dishes, so I tried one. It came with chili sauce, that reminded me of sambal oelek. The noodle were cooked well, and I liked the flavor. The staff was friendly and helpful. I liked the food. It's a great place to check out if you're near the Ostbahnhof (munich east station) and want to take a break from all the heavy, Bavarian foods.

Fast easy service by an english speaking waiter. My wife enjoyed her margarita, and I had my go to, a gin and tonic. Interesting bar for us to go to, as they seem to cater to the LGBTQ, life style and there are signs posted about no cell phones or photos. I saw that after I snapped a quick pic of my wife and I having a drink though.
