They are responsive - phone calls are always answered or, at worst, returned the same day. They are polite and professional - and we always get straight answers. There has never been an "upsell" - we've never been told that we need a new roof. The message has always been - this is what's broken and here's how we fix it. I always get a detailed (and understandable) report, usually with arial photos taken by drone. Work has always been done on time and professionally. Once repairs were made we've never had a problem in the same general area. Finally, Mike is the consummate professional. He is a true professional and gentleman. I cannot offer higher praise.

Last time I wrote, Mike had redone the new part of our roof, to fix all the issues caused by the…read moreprior roofer. Today (Palm Sunday) we had a leak in the part of the roof Mike hadn't originally installed. I gingerly texted Mike to ask his advice. What I got back was well more than anything I could have expected. Mike called to tell me his supervisor, Travis, was already en route to our house. I then got a call from Travis saying he was twenty minutes out. 18 minutes later, he was at the door. He reviewed the leak inside, got his ladder and climbed up the roof and within ten minutes, was back down and showing me pictures of where he'd determined a dryer vent had let water in. Mike called me back to tell me he had a team he could send. Now. I told him it's Palm Sunday, I don't want to take your guys away from their families. Mike said, they are busy all week, this is my best chance to get this fixed. It won't take more than four hours. I agreed and within an hour, there they were at the door, ready to go. They cleared the tile, laid proper under layers - three layers in total. Then buttoned it all up again and were done within two and a half hours. I got a full set of pictures from Mike explaining every step of what was done. All this would be great on a weekday. But a Sunday? Palm Sunday? I am just in awe. From a customer perspective, it's like having a choice of hiring superheros like Mike and his team, or saying no thank you - I prefer the usual sheisters and snake oil salesmen that typically make up the roofing business. You can spin the wheel and take your chances - but for me - I just feel damn lucky to have found someone who provides this level of service and this quality of work all for a really modest price.

I was referred to this company by my lender. We had more than one company come out to give us…read morequotes, but our initial contract at Neal was awesome, and completely sold us. He listed off all the benefits, repeatedly, measured our roof, and spent lots of time with us answering questions. The job itself was done very quickly. I've never gotten a new roof before so I have zero comparison. I trust that they fulfilled their job and gave me a wonderful roof. I do have some feedback for Neal, and I hope this constructive criticism can help them: As soon as our contract was signed, we were not smoothly transferred to our next point of contact at the company. For updates, we of course contacted our initial contact, who explained that he was the salesperson, and now I would have to get my info from a different department. He was very nice about it, and did help me later on (thank you!), and again, he was an incredible and knowledgeable salesperson. But Neal dropped the ball with leading me to the next step, next communication, and next point of contact in this process. I didn't know that the initial contact was not to be my point person all the way throughout. I called the company directly to find out when my permit would be approved, and the person who answered the phone she told me that it had already been approved. I asked when they were going to let me know this, and she flat out told me that they only do this for customers who pay (my loan paid everything in full after the job was completed). This was not a great thing to hear! She meant well, and she kindly explained that they contact those clients because they need to collect payment for the permits, but not a great start to chapter 2 in the process. After that, I still never had a consistent point of contact, and received messages from different people in the company. Multiple Neal representatives consistently texted my phone directly with the intro of: I am FIRSTNAME with Neal Roofing. It would be helpful for them to include their job title! After my roof was done, I called in to Neal to find out when they would send out the wind mitigation inspection that my salesperson had told me was part of what I would pay for. The office person looked up my contract and informed me that they do not pay for this and it was not in my contract. Luckily, I contacted my salesperson and he really came through and arranged this inspection. I am glad I didn't listen to the office person! I really hope these details can help the company with their communication.

My experience with Palm Beach Constrution is nothing short of fantastic. The quality of their work is impeccable and the extra value services they brought to the table as far expertise and detail oriented service is remarkable. Having Able as a PM was a God send. Him and his partner worked my project like conductors to an orchestra. I highly recommend them and their company. You can sleep at night knowing the project will be done on time and within budget, which is rare in the construction industry. Thank you Palm Beach Construction for all the effort and navigating through the tough waters of permits and inspection needed to complete my project.

About 20 months ago and prior to moving in, I was tasked with updating the manager's 2BD 2BA…read moreappartment in an upscale beachfront condominium in the Town of Palm Beach (TOPB). Amongst a group of bidders Palm Beach Construction (PBC) was awarded the job to rennovate and update, where financially feasible, the 30 year old appartment that had minor prior work done. Simply put the PBC Team from budgeting, to design, to planning, to execution, to the overall timing, did an outstanding job on the project. The original scope of work was to do new porcelin floors throughout a majority, a modern redesign of an open kitchen, including removal of two walls, with an add-on large island/bar and lots of additional cabinet space, one bathroom complete redo, additional beautiful and code compliant electrical outlets and 3-way dimming lighting, code compliant plumbing line relocations, code compliant HVAC returns, exhaust system upgrades, smoke alarms, new walk-in closest fixtures, and painting. As we got into the project demolition, mold was found in multiple places of the appartment. Long story short, 80% of the drywall had to be replaced and ALL the sources of water intrusion, vapor collection, and mold were mitigated properly. Abel E. and Luis V. were great hands-on supervisors and field generals that not only kept their crews on task, in line, and tidy, but also other contractors that were coming in to do work in the unit. PBC also provided other great recommendations such as, Jaime Plana Architect and Rainbow Blinds & Interior for design work and finishing touches. These all met the highest requirements of the condominium associaition's construction rules, the TOPB building codes, and a beautiful, bright, and open floorplan with modern amenities and professional aesthetic finishes. PBC was not the lowest bidder, nor the highest, but they turned out to be the best return on investment. Their desgin to budget, high end execution, and problem solving abilities, will provide a long lasting, beautiful, and timeless finish that the family will enjoy for many years to come. If you are looking for a great and trustworthy General Contractor for your next remolding job, you should consider Palm Beach Construction as one of your go to options. Demand for good contractors is very high in South Florida. Therefore, plan ahead, beat the crowd, and select someone capable that cares, will get the job done right the first time, will save you money in the longrun, and if ever needed, will stand behind their work. I deal with many owner contractors that come in to clean up someone else's mess. Bigger is not always better and cheap quality is not long lived. Do your homework and choose wisely.
