The manager said that their garlic sauce is a customer favorite. The shawarma meat was juicy and tender. The kebabs were seasoned very well and pretty much melted in your mouth. The rice is light and fluffy making it the perfect side. All of the ingredients were bright, fresh and delicious. I'd highly recommend their coleslaw as it's creamy and crisp. I LOVE a creamy coleslaw so this was an A++++. I was definitely impressed with my delicious meal.

Extremely Disappointing Experience - Serious Food Safety Concerns…read more We ordered an 8-piece family meal of fried chicken for takeout, and the experience was absolutely unacceptable. When we got home and opened the food, we discovered that the chicken was severely undercooked, with deep red meat that appeared raw and bloody. We were extremely concerned about the potential food safety risk. We immediately called the restaurant, and staff initially agreed to prepare a replacement batch. However, when we brought the chicken back, the staff tried to claim that only two drumsticks were raw, despite multiple pieces appearing just as undercooked. Things got even worse when my wife spoke with the manager over the phone. The manager insisted that the chicken was not raw and claimed that their chicken is always pink, dismissing our legitimate food safety concerns. Rather than taking responsibility and handling the situation professionally, the manager was rude and confrontational. After we raised concerns about the raw chicken, the manager proceeded to question and interrogate us instead of addressing the issue appropriately. The staff's lack of professionalism and the manager's attitude were extremely disappointing. We should never have to argue with a restaurant about chicken that appears raw and undercooked. Instead of taking our concerns seriously and offering a replacement as initially promised, the manager only wanted to refund the chicken portion rather than the entire meal. We eventually received a full refund, but only after further discussion. This is about more than customer service or a refund. It is about food safety and the well-being of customers. Serving chicken that appears severely undercooked and then dismissing a customer's concerns is unacceptable. The way we were treated made an already unpleasant experience even worse. I hope management takes this complaint seriously, reviews its food preparation procedures, and provides staff with proper training in food safety and customer service. Based on this experience, I would be very hesitant to return or recommend this establishment to others.

The rice and potatoes were cooked perfectly and complemented the meat very well. We really enjoyed the homemade hummus and loved how much we got.
