If you need a very basic blowdry and don't mind paying a really rude man's wages go here. The girls are lovely but really unhelpful manager of you aren't complimentary despite sending photo evidence of a blow dry the morning after (mine normally last 5+ days!) Was told it was not the salon for me... bye bye , by the manager! Sad as an apology and rebooking would have solved the problem and given them a chance to put right the problem.

We had a really good chat about what I wanted to have done with my colour and she really tried to understand me and give me advice on how to make it work. When explaining my idea for for my haircut, she listed intently, then looked through her phone, showed me a picture and said "Like this?" and just like that she nailed it. Amazing. She also was from Italy and many people that came in spoke Italian and it seemed nearly all the staff spoke Italian as well. It created a great European atmosphere and I just loved it. Walked in during the early afternoon and was pleasantly greeted at the front counter. They happened to have a professional available and I was promptly seated and provided with refreshments and chocolate while my stylist was notified. Ahmed magically appeared and asked what I would like to do with my hair today. He did an amazing job from the very start. My long hair was washed with so much care, it was so relaxing. It was obvious that Ahmed knew how to work with long hair, he brushed my hair efficiently and carefully (in my experience, many hairdressers tend to rush the hair brushing and end up breaking hairs in the process).
