We had a really good chat about what I wanted to have done with my colour and she really tried to understand me and give me advice on how to make it work. When explaining my idea for for my haircut, she listed intently, then looked through her phone, showed me a picture and said "Like this?" and just like that she nailed it. Amazing. She also was from Italy and many people that came in spoke Italian and it seemed nearly all the staff spoke Italian as well. It created a great European atmosphere and I just loved it. It is the sort of place though that is always busy and bustling. It has got a good vibe, quite frenetic and I guess that helps the time go a bit quicker, especially when you are start repeating stories in different celebrity magazines. Masters used hairbrushes right after other people without prior sterilization, only removing hair that had been collected for weeks. God knows what diseases (dermatitis, dandruff, seborrhea, hepatitis transmitted through unsterilized scissors and hairbrushes) were infected through dirty equipment. They burned my hair and scalp with a hairdryer. They scraped me like a dog before execution. As a result, damaged hair and scalp. Psychological and physical trauma that will require months to recover. I went to an expensive salon.
