There is seating outside but since it was chilly we took our ice cream to go. When it comes to service, they are so kind! I opted to get a medium cup with two scoops! One of cotton candy and another of apple pie al la mode. Let me say bother were divine. The perfect balance of creamy flavor richness you want from an ice cream. Since it was chilly we waited in the car and unexpectedly they came and brought us our ice cream to the car. Not only do they offer hard ice cream flavors (a pretty big selection) but they offer soft serve. This place also has frozen yogurt that they can make from their multiple soft serve flavors. I really like how they accept Venmo as well. I also like how they had a bench you could sit at. Not sure how many people actually sit outside this place to eat ice cream but the gesture felt welcoming. I ended up getting the birthday cake and the chocolate hazelnut in a cup. They gave a pretty big quantity which I was very happy about. However, I did feel like the flavors were basic. I didn't feel like it came straight from the farm or whatever. I was definitely slightly disappointed. Maybe I'll give their frozen yogurt a try next time and it won't disappoint.

My friend and I started our Frenchtown day by b-lining right over when we got into town. After spending the full 5 minutes we waited on line trying to decide what to get, and of course asking the gals behind the counter the same thing, we opted for a slice of the orange citrus almond cake and one of the palmiers. I only have rave reviews! The cake was the perfect amount of citrus and wasn't too sweet at all, and the palmier was crunchy on the outside and nice and soft on the inside. I think the way to go is coming back with 20 friends so you can try one of everything... but I suppose multiple trips will do too. We grabbed 2 coffees as well (they only do drip) and took our sweets outside to one of their tables to enjoy. A perfect sweet start. I can't wait to return to try more of the pastries (I am talking about you, chocolate chip cookie croissant) and their fresh baked bread. As long as you remember that this is a bakery with drip coffee, and not a coffee shop/cafe, you will LOVE it here.

I used to love their crumb cake, but now it's awful. First off, the crumb is too loaded with cinnamon- that's all you taste. The cake is not traditional crumb cake, it' just basic yellow cake. All of their Danish and scones are drenched in powdered sugar glaze...it's just too much sweetness and at $3,75 each, not worth the price. They could really take a lesson here from Crossroads Bakery in Doylestown, whose pastry are fantastic! The donuts are so small they fit into the center of the palm of your hand and $2.75 each!
