This business "cleaned" my mother house. The girl who cleaned didn't even know how to put a flat sheet on a bed correctly. After she left, my elderly mother discovered the sheet was placed with the top hem going the wrong direction. For the money they charge, I'd expect a cleaner to know which end is up when making a bed. I also don't care for the fact that the person cleaning is watching while you decide if you want to tip them or not at the end of service. My mother wasn't sure if she was tipping the total or the balance because, of course, they require a deposit beforehand. It shouldn't cost $175.00 to clean a 3 bedroom 1 bath house that is only lived in by a very clean elderly person. They won't be back to clean again. read more

Not thorough at all. One of the cleaners arrived one hour late. They billed me for 10 hours of work and tried leading after 8 hours of work. The walk through consisted of toilets that had not been scrubbed. Smear on the windows Sinks were clearly not cleaned properly there was tooth paste still on the sinks. They were full of excuses. One of the ladies tried stealing me as her client and had nothing good to say about the company she worked for. I made all of this known the Jenna and she offered to make it right by giving me a $30 discount. Now I don't mind paying for good quality work, but this wasn't it. Save your money. We just used this company for a move out clean and loved our experience with them. The clean itself was great and very comparable to several other cleaning companies I've tried before. All being wonderful. Honestly I'd say though that their customer service and communication was above and beyond. I talked several times to Rick who was always very respectful and helpful. I was sent a confirmation text about the job I ordered after I scheduled. A text as well when the cleaners were on their way on our scheduled day. They arrived on time and brought all needed supplies. And when done later that day I was contacted again to ask how the service was. Hired "Mom Needs A Break Cleaning" to perform their advertised "Move In/Move Out cleaning service" for a 3593 SF empty house. WOULD NOT recommend this company for this service based on the following issues observed during the actual cleaning experience: * Arrived 1-hour past scheduled appointment time. * Did not show up with appropriate cleaning equipment and supplies. * Did not dust/clean wood blinds, baseboards, chair molding, front of kitchen cabinets, ceiling fans, top of refrigerator, or open pantry shelves. * Did not clean oven even though paid extra for this service. Employee stated "they always just turn on self-cleaning"; when the employee tried to open the oven prior to the completion of the self-cleaning cycle, employee stated "they wouldn't be able to finish the job in the allotted time because they couldn't open the oven". * Tile and wood floors were not mopped; carpet was not vacuumed (didn't have a vacuum with them). When employee requested the final walk-through approval after only ~3-1/2-hours of cleaning, multiple items including those listed above were pointed out and we stated to the employee and the owner of our dissatisfaction with the incomplete and unsatisfactory job. The owner advised he would have another crew come out to complete the cleaning job the next day. Received call from the owner the next morning informing us he didn't have a crew that could come after all. Based on the subpar performance of the first cleaning crew and a de-commit from the owner of having a second crew come to complete the job, we advised the owner we wanted a refund because we still had to have another company come to complete the move out clean. Owner only offered to give a partial refund of the funds that had been paid in full and in good faith. read more

Used this service again as a gift for my friend. The ease of coordinating from out of state and my friend's feedback ensures that I will use the service again if needed. The only thing is that their floor cleaner leaves a bit of a sticky film. They are very accommodating and I am sure they would change it if asked. The cleaner was Charmayne Chisem. After a short notice request of just a few days Carlos and Jasper showed up right on time this morning (a holiday I might add) to deep clean our house after some recent reconstruction work. The house needed a deep clean as it was covered in a layer of dust from the construction. We also had them deep clean all our appliances.
