Worked with Casey over the phone to make the reservation, arrange payment and determine logistics. He was great and easy to work with. Cost of service was fair. The driver assigned to use the day of the wedding was David. Our guests had only wonderful things to say about the shuttle and the service that David provided. The service we paid for upfront was from 3:30 pm to midnight. After that point, we contracted directly with David and he drove out guests until 2 am. We would recommend them to anyone in the area! My best suggestion is to ask for a female driver. Not saying women are not capable of the same thing, but to date, the female drivers have all been courteous and friendly. In closing, call Chico Yellow Cab as a last resort and if you identify as female....might wanna ask them to send a lady driver.
