They worked fast and efficiently and were in good humor and personable the whole time and cleaned up efficiently. We would give 5 stars for this service. The floor guys were rude and snide to my wife (I was not at home at the time). They did an awful job on the thresholds with jagged edges. Bad craftsmanship. My wife and I are both professional artists, she a painter and I a potter, so we know good craftsmanship. I wouldn't hire these guys to build a dog house. The staff at the store did not seem too concerned. They sent out another person who did not know how to effectively fix the problem he put a little calking in one ragged seam and moved the threshold I had previously made to cover the awful finish job on the other doorway. If this review were only for the floor installers I would give one star at best.

Instead, they barely finished our second floor and had none of our first floor done when we returned. On top of that, it took them an additional three days to finish the job. The final job included uneven floors, floors that creaked, and floors that were not evenly distributed. They clearly were in a hurry, with quality being a minor concern. They offered us $500 credit for a future job but their pricing for said future job was so outrageous it seemed a joke. Instead we went another direction. We used Empire for our addition 6 months later, and the quality difference is noticeable. The Empire floors are solid, even, and stable. The Molyneaux floors are uneven, inconsistently placed, and lacking quality for the price charged. Overall very disappointing.

I was impressed with Limber Liquidators from start to finish. And I'm not easily impressed when it comes to these sort of things. First, the prices: I'm sure it's not secret that they are incredibly well priced. And if you do hire them for installation, you also don't have to pay tax which is another perk. Second, the retail staff: No commission, no problem. They talked us through our options, the add-ones, the pricing, everything. We chose to do our own demo and to pick up the bamboo flooring to save a couple bucks, and they loaded my truck and were friendly from Day 1. And they let you return any unused material. Lastly, the contractors: Nice guys, did the job exactly as we asked and were done in two days. Cleaned up after themselves, which you don't see much these days. Overall a perfect experience, and probably the first time I'd recommend a local retailer for contractor work.

I spent almost $5k on flooring. I get almost 90 percent installed when I noticed about 6 rows back…read morethat the engineerd flooring that I was installing wasn't all the way together. I thought my shims might of moved. upon further review and wasting my time I relieved that the width of the flooring varied. I took pictures and left it like that. sent pictures to the ll flooring. I was assigned a case manager to investigate. i ripped 6 rows up to correct the problem. the project is now finished and I was informed today that they wasn't taking any action due to floor being completed. so it's been 5 days today, two days before Christmas and they expected me to leave me customers floor unfinished until they did there investigation. 5 k on a 500 sq foot floor and they don't stand on there product? over $6 dollars a square foot. on top of that I have at least 15 pieces of flooring with white stains on them that will not come off. I WILL NEVER USE THETE PRODUCT FOR ANYTHING!! I have always used them. I will be spreading the word to all my contractor buddies not to use these guys. it's pathetic. I wanted to replace the 15 year old blinds that were in the house I moved into from VA. I thought…read morethat shutters would be the best option, but was willing to explore other options. I had three companies visit my house, including Nest Expressions. In addition to regular squared windows, my house also has a semi-circle window that wasn't covered & I was interested in seeing options for that as well. The owner visited & brought along all his window coverings. There were some fancy blinds that could darken a room or filter some light in (honeycomb shades, I think). After assessing the options, we decided to stay with the plantation shutters & decided to work with Nest expressions, over the other companies. They sell Hunter-Douglas brand products; though I don't know a whole lot about these type of products, that is a brand I have heard of. A lesser selling point to me, was that their products are USA made, which naturally I'm willing to buy if all else being equal. We liked the fact that we could get faux (fake) wood shutters in several shades. One of the other companies had only faux wood in white, which we didn't want. The owner measured each of my windows exactly, even though they're all pretty much the same, except for the bay window in the front of the house + the half-circle window. We were also presented a few options on the design of the large shutter how we wanted it opened & hinged I didn't agree to a contract at that point as I was still awaiting an estimate from one of the other vendors. But while waiting, we pretty much decided to use Nest Expressions. They weren't the cheapest option, but the owner worked with us to get the best deal possible. I was confident these would be of top quality. We also worked a bit on the sales tax, as I had a notion that they should be tax-free since they become fully attached, and thus, a part of the house itself. The owner also consulted his CPA & it turned out that it was somewhere in the middle as I recall. The time to have them (custom) made in the factory was about a month. They called me in advance to set a time & date. Everything went well. The installer was very professional & did the work quickly & cleaned-up afterward. I've not experienced any problems since the installation over a year ago.

He was very personable and arrived on time every day for our four day project. He did a great job on removing our ceramic tile and subfloor and installing the new subfloor then the vinyl tile and new stained baseboards which he let me stain as I wanted and then he installed. GREAT JOB, I would recommend him to anybody. Note: both the materials and the installation was a great value and quality.
