With only one laborer working 7hrs, the estimated labor rate was near $200-250/hr, though the sales rep was disrespectful over the phone and would not provide further details to itemize the bill. Rite Rug cares more about their margins than their customers. I should have negotiated pricing further but assumed they were negotiating in good faith. Learned my lesson. Instead, they barely finished our second floor and had none of our first floor done when we returned. On top of that, it took them an additional three days to finish the job. The final job included uneven floors, floors that creaked, and floors that were not evenly distributed. They clearly were in a hurry, with quality being a minor concern. They offered us $500 credit for a future job but their pricing for said future job was so outrageous it seemed a joke. Instead we went another direction. We used Empire for our addition 6 months later, and the quality difference is noticeable. The Empire floors are solid, even, and stable. The Molyneaux floors are uneven, inconsistently placed, and lacking quality for the price charged. Overall very disappointing.

I thought my shims might of moved. upon further review and wasting my time I relieved that the width of the flooring varied. I took pictures and left it like that. sent pictures to the ll flooring. I was assigned a case manager to investigate. i ripped 6 rows up to correct the problem. the project is now finished and I was informed today that they wasn't taking any action due to floor being completed. so it's been 5 days today, two days before Christmas and they expected me to leave me customers floor unfinished until they did there investigation. 5 k on a 500 sq foot floor and they don't stand on there product? over $6 dollars a square foot. on top of that I have at least 15 pieces of flooring with white stains on them that will not come off. I WILL NEVER USE THETE PRODUCT FOR ANYTHING!! I have always used them. I will be spreading the word to all my contractor buddies not to use these guys. it's pathetic. I've worked with a lot of 'retail' home supply companies for house projects over the last few years…read more(Lowe's, Home Depot, etc) as well as some other contractors, and I have to say... I was impressed with Limber Liquidators from start to finish. And I'm not easily impressed when it comes to these sort of things. First, the prices: I'm sure it's not secret that they are incredibly well priced. And if you do hire them for installation, you also don't have to pay tax which is another perk. Second, the retail staff: No commission, no problem. They talked us through our options, the add-ones, the pricing, everything. We chose to do our own demo and to pick up the bamboo flooring to save a couple bucks, and they loaded my truck and were friendly from Day 1. And they let you return any unused material. Lastly, the contractors: Nice guys, did the job exactly as we asked and were done in two days. Cleaned up after themselves, which you don't see much these days. Overall a perfect experience, and probably the first time I'd recommend a local retailer for contractor work.
