We rode on 3 cars in the two days we spent in Dallas : Matilda, Emma, and Patricia! They are the real life examples of "Thomas the Tank Engine"!!! The shuttle runs from 10 am to 8 pm from Thursday - Saturday and from 11 am to 7 pm on Sunday and makes six regular stops plus a few by request only every hour. As we approached downtown Grapevine, our driver carefully pointed out all of the various bus stops where he'd stop for us. He was right on time when we decided it was time to head back to the hotel. The bus was comfortable, and our driver was a real pro.

A short ride and you are right where you need to be to watch the cattle drive or hit the rodeos etc. 4) this stop does have kiosks that accepts credit cards and cash. The down side is there are absolutely no amenities or facilities, and that the train runs are spaced out far enough that you tend to spend a lot of time waiting.

If you can, please replace these officers with robots instead. At 08:45 I got in line and 09:48 we were checked finally. Also American airlines gate (E 32) was 4 miles away, I am sure AA sold our ticket with profit and we had to be rerouted all over the country. Customer service was horrible and didn't seem to care at all about this situation or their jobs in general. Customer service lied to us about the destination we were rerouted to, said it was only a 48 min. drive to our destination, was actually 3 hours away in the dark and had to drive through the icey mountainous roads, and pay over$300 for a rental car. Putting my family in danger.... Was not compensated the money either for the previous tickets. Never going to Dallas ( the construction nightmare city of Texas) or use American Airlines or DFW ever again. Horrible service and experience.
