He was very friendly and courteous. I will never use anyone else when traveling to Dallas Texas. If you want reliable shuttle service choose Prime! NEVER use Texas Shuttle if you need someone to show up! I booked a month ahead of time for both my son and myself. We were flying into different airports. I received a message the night before that they couldn't pick me up. My son received his cancellation message while on his flight. Leaving people stranded is not good business for a shuttle company. I can't tell you how much stress this caused with last minute travel plans. I honestly don't know how they stay in business.

On the scheduled day I had received a text about 15 minutes before he was to arrive letting me know he was in traffic but on the way. Loved that!! When he arrived he was very courteous, friendly and helped load our luggage. The car was surprisingly big inside and was very clean. We got to the airport in plenty of time and he made sure we were near our gate since there was construction going on at the terminal. I would use them again anytime and recommend them to all!
