I was so excited to try Molly Tea since I heard so many great reviews. The store was super cute and bright. There wasn't too many people inside but they have lots of DoorDash/online orders. I waited about 20-30 mins to get my order of 2 drinks. I ordered Osmanthus with Brown sugar boba at 50% sugar (they recommended 70%) and it was sweet enough for me. The tea has great fragrance. The boba is on the bigger side and was decent but not the best I had. The packaging is cute so I think that definitely a draw for people but quality seems just bit average. read more

Utterly disappointed. Bring back China Fresh. We waited for the hype to die down. Oldest review for this place was only 27 days ago and I completely understand why the lines have already dwindled. It's not good. We got iced drinks and received hot cups with lids. We didn't even think they were our drinks until they called us up. Thinking it was special Molly Tea packaging, we were so confused on how to punch our straws through - so much so that the point of my straw became flat. We then took off the lid and saw the standard plastic cover. What a waste of inventory. No human interaction at all from order to pick up. No mention that they likely ran out of cups and we just needed to remove the lid. The drink tasted like milk with ice. No hint of flavor. Boba was hard and just a texture to play with and no hint of brown sugar there either. Also had like 5 pieces of boba in my drink. Overall, disappointing. The ambiance itself is super gimmicky. Pinks and golds with bright white lights as if it were trying to feel expensive. Meanwhile, their furniture is already dirty with shoe prints. Music doesn't match ambiance. Very overstimulating. Feels too try hard to be an "it" spot. "Pretty" packaging won't cover up a bad product. The only good thing about this is the fact that I tried it and know I won't be coming back. read more

Molly Tea was so good. I got the signature jasmine milk tea with whipped cream and pecan and it was super creamy and smooth, literally a dessert in a cup. I also tried the matcha jasmine tea and loved it, it was earthy, not too sweet, and really well balanced. Everything tasted high quality, but it is a little on the pricey side. Still worth it to try!! I would def go again read more
