Molly is deeply passionate about working with singers and building voices! Lessons are focused on developing the healthiest vocal function possible while building expressive confidence in each singer. Singing should be a joyful experience and lessons should be full of growth. Keeping this mind, Molly cultivates a warm and supportive atmosphere in her studio!
Each lesson begins with a thorough warm-up of vocal exercises to build breath support, release harmful tension and explore the many facets of healthy vocal technique. The remainder of the lesson time is spent implementing these vocal concepts in repertoire while working towards highly expressive singing!
Molly is experienced working with students on various styles including musical theatre, classical, pop, jazz, gospel, R&B, folk, and beyond! She is always excited about discovering new music with students and makes song selection for lessons a partnership. Students are encouraged to bring in songs they love while Molly simultaneously suggests appropriate and helpful repertoire to explore.

Meet the Business Owner: Molly K.
Molly is thrilled to have recently relocated to the Los Angeles area! Molly holds a BA in vocal performance from Whitworth University and went on to complete her MM in vocal performance from Boston University. While living and studying in Boston, Molly performed various opera roles, was a featured soloist with a diverse array of ensembles and performed several contemporary works. After completing her master's degree Molly relocated to New Jersey and quickly established herself as one of the top voice teachers in the region. During this time her focus shifted to jazz and other contemporary styles and swiftly became an in-demand performer at local venues, supper clubs, and was frequently featured by the New Brunswick Jazz Project.
Molly has been teaching private voice lessons for over 17 years and her students have been selected for lead roles in local musical theatre companies, participated at solo festivals, and have been accepted to some of the top universities in the country.
