Also told by the MD that all the one star reviews online are fake. When I pointed out ALL the online reviews were one star he said they had plenty of good reviews on their website. When I told him it would be very easy to put good reviews on your OWN website but why were there zero positive reviews on the rest of the internet he hung up.
