Charged for time the engineer spent chatting after the job was finished in ten minutes - was then told this was my fault and I shouldn't have talked to him and instead told him to leave. Also told by the MD that all the one star reviews online are fake. When I pointed out ALL the online reviews were one star he said they had plenty of good reviews on their website. When I told him it would be very easy to put good reviews on your OWN website but why were there zero positive reviews on the rest of the internet he hung up. He's a sad little man with a tiny willy and a shit company. Thick, nasty scammers. DO NOT USE!

I initially left a message for him explaining my boiler had broken down and I didn't have any hot…read morewater. He answered within an hour and came round soon after that. He fixed me up with hot water and we decided a new boiler was the road to go down. On the day of installation he arrived promptly and just got stuck into the job. He also arranged for a new bathroom radiator. The whole job was done quickly and efficiently. Chris is a likeable character and has a can-do attitude to his work. I would gladly recommend his firm. The best news? There wasn't a call--out charge.
