After months of cancelled appointments, ignored communications, not responding to our court summons and date, it was claimed that John was too ill to Work and therefore could not pay is our money. The stress and strain he has put on my family has been overwhelming, not to mention the additional financial implications of court fees and finally having to pay for our roof to be fixed again.
