We have just had a Stove installed into our new home and can't praise all at Stoveco highly enough. We visited Stoveco's showroom near St Andrews, Fife and were met by Andy. Andy was extremely friendly and spent lots of time with us explaining all options available. We left to have a think and I would like to point out at no time were we made to feel under pressure to buy. After leaving the showroom website had a feeling that we were dealing with a real quality company. We decided to go with Stoveco, mainly because we felt that we were in good hands and that we would be looked after. After placing the order we were given an instal date. On the day the lads arrived nice and early. Both lads were very friendly and explained what was going to happen. They then prepared the room, covering over carpets, curtains and furniture. The lads then carried out installing the Stove and Flue without any hassle. It was a tricky job as it involved installing through a vaulted ceiling but the lads made it look easy. They had all the correct equipment and carried out the job in a very safe effluent manner. When the install was complete the fully commissioned the stove and demonstrated how to use it and care for it. The lads fully cleaned up after themselves and removed all rubbish, the room was so tidy that you would never of known that major work had been carried out apart from the amazing stove. Soon after they left we were contacted by Andy to see if we were happy and to see if he could do anything else for us. He also stressed that they were always available should we need any advice etc. We are so happy with the Stove and do happy with our choice to go with Stoveco. A great company that really cares and takes all the hassle out of having a stove installed. We will definitely recommend to all family and friends and use them for our anual service. My husband and I live in a 2 storey timber framed detached house which is normally heated efficiently with a gas combi boiler and radiators. We decided to install a wood burning stove mainly for the warmth and ambiance of a real fire. After carrying out some online research we called at Stoveco in Guardbridge, Fife, as their reviews seemed the most promising. We liked their range of stoves and accessories on display and the attentive staff who answered all our questions regarding installation. After considering our options we returned and placed our order for a Dean Forge Croft Slimline 5 wood burning stove, with an internal twin wall flue, mounted on a Brazilian honed slate hearth. A few days later a representative from Stoveco called by arrangement for a house survey and to arrange an installation date. The following week two fitters arrived about 9am, covered the floors with plastic sheeting and commenced their work. The flue went through the living room ceiling, through the bedroom above, and through the loft to the roof. The fitters carried out their work in a friendly and efficient manner, and by lunchtime the following day their work was complete. The job was done with very little disruption to our normal routine and they tidied up as they went along. Before leaving, the fitters polished the hearth and checked everything was working correctly, including lighting the fire. They gave us advice on how to operate it and what fuels to use or avoid, in order that we could get the best from it. All in all we were impressed by the firm's professionalism and their attention to detail. The stove has been in regular operation since installation with no problems at all and we are delighted with the warmth it brings to the home. We would have no hesitation in recommending Stoveco to anyone who is considering having a stove installed. read more

Just moved into a new property and decided to renew and update the existing stove. Being new to using a stove, I did not realise just how many things have to be taken into account. Absolutely delighted! We first went to Stoveco on 20 Oct after a relative and a friend had recommended them. We chose a Dean stove and then Andy worked out the costs. A site visit happened the following week and we were scheduled in for the 17th Nov. We were kept informed at all times and when I got a phone call reference our fit I was extremely surprised that the fitters Ryan and Ami could come a day early on the 16th. We had the stove in place by 3pm the next day. We didn't have a fire place but we did have a chimney so the lads had some excavating to do. As we live in a one storey cottage a Cherry Picker arrived the second day to put the liner down the chimney. I am so impressed by this company, the lads were great, the house was left tidy and the stove is a very welcome addition to our lounge which was soul less before. On 17th November we had a made to measure/bespoke (pre-fabricated by Stoveco themselves) quality finish decorative steel hearth insert fitted, along with high performance stainless steel multi-fuel chimney/flue liner paired to our existing Morso Stove, plus the supply and fitting of Carbon Monoxide Alarm, finished with smoke test, with completed certification and handover. The quality of stoves on offer is very high and the prices are reasonable. They even have wood and parts at the showroom if you're looking to make repairs to your existing stove, do installation work yourself or stock up on wood. Stoveco are one of the few Stoves companies that will provide you with answers to questions about stoves and the installation side of things. We recently had our gas fire, which wasn't working, replaced with a Woodbury Slimline Eco 5. The team at Stoveco were extremely helpful and knew their stuff, which made choosing the stove simple. The installation was carried out professionally, with minimum disruption and we were kept well informed by the fitters, George and Dan. Stoveco have just replaced our electric fire with a wood burner in our living room - they had already installed a replacement wood burner in another room and we didn't consider going anywhere else based on our previous experience with them. The chimney breast wasn't big enough to accommodate the wall stove however there was no hesitation from Stoveco in creating a perfect unit with log storage underneath.
