I've been visiting this location for ~5 years. Really large clinic, clean, and full facility…read more(bonus: ARA right next door for all imagining needs). Front desk and scheduling staff are always pleasant and helpful. After a decade and a half in west ATX, I finallllly found a fabulous internist (who serves as my PCP; Dr. SC) at ARC-FP. Yay! Very patient, thorough, takes his time, kind, compassionate...fantastic "bed side manner" and care. Everything you want in a doctor...but, sadly not without some...mmm...negatives. I guess a lot of other people also like Dr. C as much because he's always booked out far. Three plus months in advance to even schedule an annual exam. Eee. And expect to wait a while to be seen after your appointment time (they have comp Wifi; signal can be poor inside building). I think feeling like I'm in great hands is worth a little sacrifice, especially after such a long journey to find somebody I really, really like. Luckily, I found another PCP at a different ARC location (Bee Cave; see review) who usually has same week appointments available when I need to see someone faster (e.g., order labs, GI flareup, respitory infection, etc.). I also found my wonderful rheumatologist at ARC-FP. Dr. K hits all the marks as well. Very kind and so knowledgeable. He quickly Dx a longtime issue I had been suffering with, and continues to assist me on my journey to gain mobility and PRAY someday be pain free. I really appreciate everybody at Austin Regional Clinic Four Points. They are always very busy so some patience is required; however, they still manage to make me feel important and truly cared about. I'll take is as a W. :D

At 10:45 in the morning, Dr. Zook was already 30 minutes behind, which in clinic-speak is at least 45 minutes. (Another doctor was already one hour behind.) The staff at the front desk made it clear that delays with Dr. Zook are routine--which I interpret to mean my time is not important to Dr. Zook. My money is. I left and called ARC's administrative office to complain. They sifted me through phone tree after phone tree and numerous receptionists who just sent me to somebody's voice mail. There was no difference between calling ARC and trying to get an internet and cable technician on the line. ARC's model is exactly the same. We all know this is the prevailing attitude of the medical industry: we are customers, not patients. We have money, not illnesses. Read the other reviews, and you will see: ARC is just another corporation, not a clinic. Because I was not sick or in pain, I did not have to submit to coercive corporate tactics: I need a doctor eventually, but not necessarily today. I try to push back on ARC's kind of cynicism in whatever small way I can, so I refused to reschedule. Reschedule for what--another doctor who tells all of his customer-patients to get to the clinic early so they can sit there and wait while he drags along, wasting our time? I've started looking elsewhere. I suggest you do the same.

I've been seeing Dr Naglieri for 20 years, I've followed her from ARC to here. I now live an hour from the clinic and make the drive because she's so wonderful. She's wise, caring, and looks at the whole picture. She doesn't just shove medicine at you to "fix" things... I've also seen both the PAs and they are both great. When she suggested testosterone replacement I spend 2 years trying everything else for my fatigue(despite the labs agreeing with her) finally tried it and wished I had of listened sooner. Thanks to her and the specialist she sent me to I was diagnosed with hashimotos within 6 months, most people it takes years to get a diagnosis. I do think the office itself could be better, I also know of a couple billing things that I don't agree with as a former clinic manager. However, the quality of care Naglieri provides outweighs that for me.

I came to her after a car accident and a disappointing experience with another neurologist who dismissed my symptoms as anxiety and refused to order imaging. Dr. Wingrove did thorough in-office testing, saw red flags for spinal cord damage, and ordered the imaging that confirmed severe compression in my cervical spine. Her care quite literally changed the course of my health. I needed surgery, and without her, the condition would have gone undiagnosed and worsened. She's also responsive via the patient portal and open-minded to different treatment options. I'm beyond grateful to have found her and can't recommend her enough if you're dealing with neurological issues.

I have always recommended this office to my friends, as the office is beautiful, the staff are friendly, and the care is next level. Some years ago, I voiced my concerns to Dr. Shepherd about potentially having PCOS. She took my claim seriously and gave me a formal diagnosis, which is more than I can say about other doctors I had raised this concern to. The past couple of months, I have been going through an ectopic pregnancy, which was at first thought to be a miscarriage. Dr. Shepherd and Dana Wicker were the two primarily responsible for my care during this time. These two women were incredibly professional, informative, and diligent in care when it came to my health and the potential risks this could cause. In addition, they were kind and compassionate as my husband and I went through our loss and the health anxiety it caused. I can say with full confidence that while this experience was incredibly difficult and heartbreaking, it was made better by the bedside manner and care provided by this office. All that being said, I will continue to be a regular patient here and recommend to anyone looking for an OB/GYN.

When I explained that, Dr. Thoppil dismissed my reasoning and told me it 'wouldn't make much of a difference.' He quickly shifted the focus to whether I was sexually active or trying to get pregnant, without asking anything about how I'd been feeling or why this decision was important to me. Hormonal birth control--even lower dose options like Kyleena--can still come with a range of physical and emotional symptoms that are deeply personal. I was hoping for a conversation rooted in care, curiosity, and respect, but instead I left feeling unheard and invalidated. Women deserve more thoughtful and empathetic care when making informed decisions about their reproductive health.
