Worst customer service. The receptionist is incompetent and rude. I have been calling for over 3 weeks to try and speak with the person in charge of billing and every time I call the person in charge of billing is out for the day, out to lunch, on vacation or away from her desk. First off I want to say how mortified I am of going to the dentist, I've avoided getting dental work done for years because of it. The staff here is extremely professional, super nice, and made me feel at ease. This dentist office is so clean welcoming, and pretty!! I paid before my procedure, I thought that was great. So this review is mostly for the BEST Dental Assistant Anna. I was very scared and nervous for my first root canal. Dr. Molina was nice but busy going from patient to patient, she came in and explained everything and answered all my questions then proceeded to administer the local anesthesia. She was not so gentle and I felt every single needle prick, which I did not like but otherwise she was very quick and it went better than I thought it would. Before, during and after my procedure the DA Anna was so kind and patient with me and talked me through everything she was doing or getting ready to do and that made me feel so much better and I was able to relax and get through it. It's been a few hours since the procedure and so far very little pain and no swelling. I hope I never have to go through a root canal again, but if I do I would definitely return to this office. Terrible service do not come here!!!! They always have excuses, never call the patient back when they say they will. 3/31/14 Im not surprised to see all these good reviews. Being when u walk in theres all these awards on the walls of this fancy place. Well I was referred by my dentist for a retreat on an infected root canal. Even though I was in excruciating pain dr. Molina is all about the money. I do have insurance which covers 60 percent and she was not willing to work with me on a measly 460 dollars. Whatever happened to a dr code of ethics I guess that doesnt apply here. I definitely will not be back. Id rather pull out my own tooth. I guess thats what happens when people get greedy and make to much money. They forget what its like not to have none. read more

I am a fair person, so here it is: Office is very clean, front desk is not very friendly. Their main concern is getting their money up front and then discussing your issues later. Made an appt w Dr Molina and ended up w some other male dentist who the nurse claimed "specialized" in root canals. My experience with him was very painful. His bedside manner was aloof and unaware. From the numbing shot to the actual procedure, he was so rough during the I had to ask him to stop. I have had, serious root canals, bridges and Invisalign done w other endodontist before and I had never experienced the kind of pain and discomfort that I did w this doctor. They offered to sedate me and then wanted to charge $400 to do so. They called themselves giving me a discount and charging me 200$ for some meds that I could have gotten in generic form for a fraction of the cost. Even during sedation I was still in so much pain. I could tell he was getting frustrated by the tone he kept using w me. I actually started tearing up at one point towards the end. I was in so much pain and he was being so inattentive to my pain or discomfort. There was one nurse that was very kind. Her name was Martha. The rest were not genuine and it showed in their interaction w one another and other patients. One assistant even got into a squabble w the Dr during my procedure because something was labeled wrong. I work in the pharma industry and customer service is my world. This office obviously has a great deal of work to do to honor that side of Dr Molina's Business. This office should spend more time training staff on customer service, finding true talent w skillful hands and employing more dentists w simple "bed side manner." read more

I was referred to Molina Endodontics by my dentist. I needed a root canal and they were able to to see me the day after my regular dentist saw me. I walked in with my referral papers from my dentist at 12:00pm and was told the root canal could be done that day. The receptionist was very nice to me. She recommend I go eat something and come back in 2 hours. Dr. Molina and her assistant were very nice and friendly towards me while they worked on my tooth and afterwards when it was over. I didn't feel a thing! Even after I went home I didn't have any pain at all. This was the best dental experience I've ever had. That was two weeks ago and today was my follow up and again a great experience. I was able to thank Dr. Molina personally today since I didn't get a chance to last time. My out of pocket expense was $150.00 and my insurance covered the rest. This was my first and I hope my last root canal. If I do ever need one I will definitely go back to Dr. Molina and her assistant. I wish I could remember her assistants name she was very nice to me. To be fair I can't really rate the Dentist because I never made it past the extremely rude receptionist at the front desk. I was referred to Dr. Molina by my dental office. I walked in, in excruciating pain and my first point of contact was the Rude and extremely unhappy receptionist, actually there were 2 equally unprofessional and discourteous females now that I think back. Took my daighter in today, as our primary dentist was unable to complete the procedure. From the momdnt I made the appointment, with a short wait time, I was told someone would get back to md. When they called to confirm appointment the day before, the $70 consultation fee was explained. Day of appoinment came, friendly receptionist explained to me, the amount due and $50 deductible, which I was short they agreed to charge my card 4/2 for the remaining $50.00. After procedure dentist explained to me I needed to make follow up with primary dentist, and my daughter needs to come for recheck to their office. I walked out with a prescription for antibiotics, and an appointment card for 6 month follow up. The most import my daughter was happy and yes the tv kept her mind off procedure and pain free... BEWARE might end up with a collection notice like it did. When it for a referral from another dentist towards the end of the year assuming I had enough on my dental insurance. To my surprise I was surprised with a bill for over 300 dollars. It was a few days away from having additional funds in my dental insurance. They could of easily just told me I was covered and waited for the service and I wouldn't had to owe them anything. So now II have a bad mark on my credit for not being informed that the procedure wasn't covered. SMH read more

I have curved roots. They suck to work on. Unfortunately I've had to have a few root canals and because of my roots, I've had to see a specialist. Dr. Molina did an awesome job and I didn't feel a thing. Have had to have a few procedures done with her and have had no problems. My only gripe is that her office gets hot in the afternoons, but she has moved to a new location a few blocks away and I'm sure that problem is fixed. Would definitely recommend to others! read more

I went here this past week 1/17/2013 to get a Root Canal Re-treat. Basically the root canal that my general dentist did became infected and it needed to be re-done. I called on Monday 1/14/2013 to set an appointment, and they had an availability for a late afternoon appointment on the upcoming Thursday (which was PERFECT for me). Dr. Paul performed the procedure. He was VERY gentle and polite. They also had a flat screen TV, so I was able to watch/listen to the news while I was being worked on. Throughout the procedure they also took several x-rays to make sure the tooth was being treated correctly. I was very satifued with the work and I will definitely be back if I ever need another root canal done (which I'm sure I will). read more

Called before appointment and asked what my out of pocket cost would be and was told they would not be able to tell me the amount until I came in for a consultation. However, I was told the consultation would be free. And once I came in and the doctor saw me they would go over what insurance would cover and what I would have to pay out of pocket and I could decide then to proceed or not with the work. Yet when I receive detailed bill in the mail they charged $175 for consultation!!!! Holy smokes that seems unreasonable. I hate being misled by staff. When I called to speak to them regarding the bill the response was sorry it's always $175 for consult. No explanation why I would be told otherwise not once but twice over the phone. Overall the doctor was nice, procedure was painless but less then a week later temp already fell out and have now I return to regular dentist to repair. After 1k for a root canal I wouldn't expect temp to fall out a week later and receive an unexpected consult fee. read more

Let me start by saying that I have the BIGGEST fear of the dentist/dental work. I was near tears when I found out I had to get a root canal. Luckily when I first got there the assistants were more than helpful. They made me feel at ease, and calmed my nerves. Once I had to get my root canal, I expressed how nervous I was to Dr. Molina and she was so kind. Not once did I feel anything!!!!! Not even the needle they used to numb me. There were no loud noises or hardly any pulling/tugging. I honestly feel like I could get a million root canals as long as Dr. Molina performs them! I'm telling you I couldn't feel anything! I was a little sore later that day but the medicine they prescribed helped. I feel great already! Top Notch Care - start to finish! I was referred for a re-treat (root canal) with an infection. When I called I was greeted with professionalism and a lot of personality. They got me in for an appointment within 2 days! Upon entering the office EVERYONE was smiling, courteous and friendly. One of the first things I noticed was that the office was exceptionally clean and professional - something you want to see when going in for any invasive work. The staff was very attentive and had actual conversation with me as oppose to general "don't really care" words before the doctor comes in to see me. Everything was explained to me in advance, including price, as I was paying out of pocket with no insurance. No hassles no problems! The doctor was amazing! It was the most pain-free root canal I've ever had! Even the numbing shot was great as I felt barely anything. The doctor explained that he was going slow (numbing me) to ensure that I felt no pain. He took his time, taking multiple X-rays during the procedure to ensure that everything was taken care of correctly. Overall, I was impressed with everything. I'm actually referring a friend for a root canal tomorrow as this is the only place I'd go from here on out! Gotta start by saying that this is a very nice office. However, me, as a dental professional for 23 years as a Dental Treatment Coordinator and Office Manager was very disappointed at this office in general. The front office were so serious just glanced at the door when I walked in and only one mumbled through her teeth, i was brought to back had an exam done by the assistant the doctor walked in (whom I wouldn't have known she was the dr had I not seen her name on her scrub) NEVER introduced herself, NEVER checked inside my mouth and she was behind me the whole time! She asked me to turn around!!!! She just told me i needed root canals and her front office would talk to me. Front office again very unprofessional, jumps right into the fees, she asked me "so... Are you going to call us, or do we call you?" And then she pops up with my copay is $15.00 after all. What about if I wouldn't of have $15? as a manager i would always tell the front office please tell the patient of ANY fees before services are rendered. Customer service is one of the most important things people! I regret paying the $15 is not the about the amount is about how unprofessional this office is.. By the way I referred so many of my patients to this office before! Which I also mentioned to her staff. How I regret it!
