Whoa you don't know what you're missing! At every turn Brian was outdoing himself to offer the most fabulous customer service he could. In the past couple years I must have dealt with 20 contractors. There is no question that Brian and MoldPro was THE BEST. I hired them for a LARGE mold remediation project of a building. Here is the bottom line: FAST SERVICE, EXCELLENT PERFORMANCE, and best of all ..... INTEGRITY. They had a large crew to get the job done in just over a day. The quality of the work was fantastic. And then my property manager had some concerns about the work AFTER I ALREADY PAID. I mentioned them to Brian. He could have easily taken advantage of me but he didn't. Instead, they were back to work within a couple days and addressed every one of my concerns AND MORE. I hope the reader understands that I got all this excellent service without ever having to be physically present. To top it all off, their price was extremely reasonable and beat the competition. I found Mold Pro on Google and Yelp. I have chronic asthma and my family recommended that I have my house checked. I explained to Joe when I called for an appointment the circumstances and he suggested a "peace of mind" check. Expecting the hard sell, I appreciated when Chris showed up and set my mind at ease. He was very easy to talk to and answered all of my questions and concerns. I was under the impression that there would be 4 air quality tests done. After checking the attic and crawl spaces on the second level, he said I would only need 2 tests done; saving me the cost of the additional tests. He explained in language I understood what the next step (if necessary) could involve. His recommendations did give me peace of mind. I am an out of state investor. My handyman found evidence of mold so I called a few mold companies that I found on yelp. Joe responded immediately and took the time to inform me of the testing and remediation process. Although his initial inspection was not free, I decided to schedule him as he was the most responsive and most informative for all of my concerns. He completed the testings and received the results within 2 days, which indicated a high level of mold with the wall cavities. In short, we scheduled the remediation and took care of the job within a few days. There was a great deal of coordination involved with the tenants which he was extremely helpful. Many thanks to Joe and his team. We suspected a mold problem and I called Mold Pro on Thursday and Joe sent out a technician to test on Friday. The tests were positive and we discussed plans for remediation. I wanted to handle the smaller issues myself and they were willing to discuss how I could do that. I then hired them to take on the big issue, the crawl space. At a time convenient for me, a three man crew came and removed all moldy materials, cleaned everything else and took steps to prevent a recurrence. The crew was timely, professional and effective and the cost was reasonable. Chris came out today to take samples just to make sure our unit has no mold issues inside, just more of a safety check than anything else. Chris was very thorough and explained every step and what to expect. He took an air sample inside and one outside to be sent to the lab and results expected on Tuesday.
