Oneal and his team consistently deliver on all three. They provide professional asbestos and lead abatement services, but what really stands out to me is how they treat our clients. In our family bathroom, we found mold on one of the baseboards, and we had no idea what was causing it. After interviewing several water-damage vendors, we chose The Property Doctors. Their team was more personable, informative, and responsive than the other vendors. They discovered that the mold was caused by a shower leak, which had also damaged the door frame and subfloor. Their team removed the mold and repaired the water damage. They fixed the leak and dried the space. The floor was retiled, and the wall was repaired and restored like new! Three other mold companies I contacted said they would need to demo that entire side of my kitchen, including the counters and a section of the floor. Union Restoration was the only mold remediation company that said they could start by removing just the base and back wall of the sink cabinet, and that there was no reason to touch anything else unless there turned out to be a larger area of mold. Thankfully, the mold was limited to the base of the cabinet, and after cleaning, encapsulating, and drying, we passed the mold clearance testing without a problem (I used Titan Environmental for testing). They also were able to patch up my cabinet and wall afterwards for a very reasonable price, and they made sure my kitchen and their path through the house were completely clean at completion. They are licensed under Procorp Construction.

From the very first call to get an estimate til the very end when they finished, they've been communicative and honest. Abel came by the very next day to look at the damage and was able to give me an estimate/heads up on what would need to be done. The best part is there were no hidden "you have to fix this too or we cannot do this" that a lot of companies do. No run around, no surprises just quality work and customer service. They've been upfront about all costs and if there were other things that came about, they left the decision up to me to decide if I wanted to fix it or not. We ended up adding in a couple more projects and they were able to help me with that as well. They finished rather quickly and efficiently and left my house without a trace of trash or markings. The workers are very professional. They came in, did their project for the day(s) and left. I am definitely going to be calling them again for future work and will be letting all of my friends and family know to go with this company for any work that needs to be done.
