So my child has to miss school for an eye appointment. I will be sharing this with her insurance company so that they are aware and her pediatrician who referred me! Also a complete waste of time, you sign documents and provide copies of your personal information to be informed this!!! A complete waste of one's time, as I should have been informed this before you asked me to sign any forms as you were aware my child was a MINOR. I just received a call back from the office manager Sonia basically just confirming that they only see children in the morning as they can Omni provide the best level of care in the morning time! Adults are scheduled on the afternoons ONLY! I will be contacting her insurance company to share with them that yes, Dr. Clark is accepting new patients but if you're a minor, you can only be seen in the morning time! This is unacceptable and I will not allow my child to have to miss school always to see the ophthalmologist! What a JOKE!
