I got a card in the mail from Pintail Pool Care and I gave them a call. He (wish I could remember…read morehis name) showed up right when he said he would and even text me 5-minutes before to let me know he was on his way. He looked at the problem I was having with my pump and system. He suggested how I could fix it and gave me the option of fixing it myself or having him come back to do the repair for me. He showed me what part I would need and even text the part to me so I could go get it and install myself. He was only there for about 10-minutes and when I tried to pay him, he said no charge because he was already in the neighborhood and it only took a few minutes. This is the type of service that deserves to be recognized! I've been running this pump 24 hours a day last year because I couldn't even get someone to show up to look at it. He came out and within a few minutes told me exactly what the problem was! All I can say is if you need any services for your pool, I would give Pintail Pool Care a call! They definitely exceeded my expectations!

I give this 5 star review wholeheartedly for a number of reasons:…read more- the training (evaluation and instruction) - the relationship (coaching conversations) - customer centric (while they MUST charge a fee for their membership, I don't feel like I'm just a number or a paycheck to them... They're sincere in serving me) My story: I have prior injuries: severe soft tissue injuries (strain) to my bicep tendons, cervical spine, and lumbar spine. Also lifelong pain in right hip flexor. Scoliosis. Thoracic spine stiffness and pain. And difficulty supporting my own breathing. Cumulatively, I've worked with 5 different physical therapists for a total of 10 months (broken into 2-4 month intervals) for different injuries between 2016 and 2019. None of those experiences really "put me back together." After all of this, I eventually joined Align via their remote coaching membership option. Started in January 2021 and have continued to now, December 2021. When I started, I told my coach "I feel fragile." And I did. I felt weak, imbalanced, had constant pain and felt insecure doing many normal activities, like lifting something overhead to put on top of the fridge. I had pain with walking. And I was only 36. But after years of sedentary jobs, sedentary schooling, and significant injuries at part time jobs during school, my previously athletic self now felt frail and weak. I was devastated. But I had seen the educational material that Align publishes for free on their social media. And something in me knew... If anyone could help me, it was them. So I started. And it has been hard work. I learned quickly that my coach can encourage me and teach me, but ultimately I'm the one who has to do the work. And within several months of following the program and working with my coach, I found I was making more progress than I ever did with the physical therapists. Who are DOCTORS...! I felt stronger and more stable through my whole body than I had in the last 15 years. 15 years! I was hooked by that point. The intrinsic reward of stable joints, feeling enormously more capable, enjoying the aesthetic changes, and also the new found self respect... And the pain was decreasing. Align has been giving me the tools and support I need to build this aspect of my life. They are respectful, honest, encouraging, and ridiculously intelligent. I've been a client for nearly 12 months and hope to continue training with them for years to come. What I'm saying is, if you feel weak or in pain, you should call them. Be ready to work. And yes, if you're doing it remotely, you may need to buy some equipment but so far the recommended equipment has added up to like $120 for me and that is very doable. Uneducated trainers are frankly dangerous and can lead you to injury (happened to me in 2012 at an gym in Washington state... While she was watching!). Don't be fooled by their "less expensive" so called "services.". If you are already in pain or feel unstable in your joints, then what you need is a really intelligent trainer who will help you get better, not expose you to further risk for injuries. Which is why I recommend Align. Sorry this is so long, but I'm a words person...!!! Take it or leave it, this is my experience. - Michelle M

After a discussion about the services she offered, we did a lap around the expo to discuss our thoughts and both agreed Jessie felt like the right fit for our wedding. We immediately returned and booked her for our desired date, which was the first reservation we made for our wedding (even before the venue!). I am so glad we did! Jessie has been amazing to work with. She is so kind and communicative. She wrote us a beautiful ceremony that really fit us and our wants. She gave great options for things that we could include in the ceremony if we wanted and even created a special hand blessing for us based on a different tradition we had mentioned we thought was cool. I loved that she kept some of the ceremony script a surprise until the ceremony itself as it made it feel even more special and impactful to me. We invited Jessie to stay for the remainder of our wedding, and she fit right in with our family and friends. She added a lot of positive energy and love to a magical day. Our guests all loved her and made many positive comments about her ceremony and her as a person. In addition to officiating, we also asked Jessie to lead a morning yoga class on the morning of the wedding. Again, we are so happy we did! I enjoy yoga but don't do it as frequently as I should, and I was on the fence about attending because I was starting to get stressed about wedding logistics. I decided to go, and it was exactly what I needed. Her class was appropriate for all levels, so I didn't feel pressured to do something that was too difficult. Those who are more advanced had options to do things at their level too. After I felt so calm and ready to take on anything that came my way, which significantly helped with my ability to be in the moment for the wedding and let go of control of all the logistics (something I struggle with). All our family in attendance loved the class, including my Mother In Law that is a yoga teacher herself. If you are considering taking her class or having her lead one at your event, do it! We also have been working with Jessie on resilient relationship coaching. It has been very helpful so far in deepening our understanding of each other, supporting each others personal growth, and improving the communication issues we have struggled with over the years. It can be very hard for me to be vulnerable in front of others, but Jessie creates a loving and accepting space that makes it possible to be open and honest in our sessions. Since we are not in the area, we have been able to do the sessions via Zoom, which has been very convenient. Our experience with Jessie has been very positive and we would both highly recommend her to anyone looking for officiating, coaching, or yoga. In fact, I have already recommended her coaching to a family member.

My issue is with how I was treated after expressing understandable disappointment over a last-minute cancellation of a Father's Day charter that had significant emotional value and required planning around limited availability. After simply asking whether any alternate guides or solutions were available, I received a response stating they were "extremely disappointed" in me and implying I lacked empathy. As a paying customer, I believe it was reasonable to be disappointed and ask questions. Two things can be true at once: their guide suffered a tragic loss, and their handling of customer communication was unnecessarily defensive and unprofessional. I would have appreciated empathy and professionalism instead of being reprimanded for my reaction.

So if you want to avoid slathering sunscreen on, the best bet is lightweight, light colored clothes that have some kind of built in SPF. Our fishing guide, who deserves his own non-5 star review (unless you count amount of marijuana smoked while supposedly working), recommended this place as I was suffering a bit from heat. From the outside, the shop doesn't look like much, but inside - wow. This small and neat shopped is like a fly fishing paradise. As I'm not a fly fisher and also not really knowledgeable about fishing, it was overwhelming. But cool to look around and see all the crazy things people use. Anyway, they had the sun shirt that I was looking for, and I found a nice hat. So overall, cool spot to visit, and great if you're into fly fishing. Parking is easy and they take credit cards too.
