    Classic Breakfast Burrito with HAM
    Kerlin M.

I am in Salida, CO for work and was looking for breakfast. I decide to order from here. I got the classic breakfast burrito with a coffee. My coworker got their peachy smoothie. The breakfast burrito is huge and the hot sauce accompanied with it is pretty good too. I give it a 10/10. The coffee was good too, not watered down and strong. I would definitely come here again. They also have nice decor. Plus everything was ready within 10 minutes.

AMAZING menu! I have yet to have a bad meal here. Unique choices along with the classics give you plenty of options. [[HIGHLIGHT]]It can get a little crowded, but that just reflects the popularity.[[ENDHIGHLIGHT]]

WHATEVER YOU DO, MAKE SURE YOU HAVE DINNER AT MOJO'S. Andy and Misty have hit another home run with their evening offerings. Simply superb meals. Of course, the side salads were massive, absolutely fresh and held a variety of healthy veggies. The chicken oyster appetizer was a new taste experience. Shareable, it had a wonderful crispy crunchy coating with a thoughtfully executed sweet heat chili sauce. Our main course choices were the two pasta dishes offered tonight. Both on pappardelle pasta, one was the short rib ragu; the tomato based sauce was deep, rich and appropriate to balance the short rib. The alternative was the shrimp in a complex, light yet creamy, bechamel sauce. Both were delicious, made with skill and beautiful in lovely bowls. Touches of micro greens added to both the visual and taste appeal. Of course, the delight and excitement shared by Misty as she helped us choose our meal made the whole experience even better! Service like this always adds to our evening! Thank you to everyone for a wonderful evening Bill and Kirk

On piece of toast with 1/2 an avocado and some tomato's . Expensive

Sadly the only vegan option is avocado toast and while it is good, one piece of toast with 1.2 a smashed avocado is significantly over priced. Robins on Hwy 50 search two pieces of sourdough with avocado and a bowl of fruit on the side for less $$ Go to Robins for more value

Found Mojo's on Yelp before our Sunday ride to Salida. Truth be told, we used to love stopping at Wallbangers, which is now closed. Though we miss them, all of us really enjoyed our lunch today! Owner was welcoming and brought our food out quickly. Everything was excellent! My salad was super fresh and I really enjoyed the short rib sandwich. We'll be back and we were serious about hoping you'll open a Mojo's in the Springs sometime. Thank you for a wonderful meal!

LOVE this place! The food is incredible... lots of great choices depending on when we're able to stop in. You can tell the owners/cooks really care about their food and how they prepare it. We always plan our breakfast or lunch stop here as we're passing through. Biscuits and gravy are my favorite for breakfast... and we always grab one or 2 of their delicous cinnamon rolls (some of the best we've ever had!). For lunch we get the turkey club, the pork belly BLT, or one of the chicken sandwiches. Every thing is seasoned perfectly and you can taste all of the good ingredients. Great people.. great service. One of our favorite places in Colorado!

    Basalmic Pear Salad.

Misty (co-owner) took our order. great music. Short rib sandwich on sourdough with grilled onions and horsey sauce was a spot hitter. Fries and onion rings are home made and are crisp. The Basalmic pear salad was (as Elaine would say) a "big salad" with taste candied nuts.

Nestled among the peaks of the Sawatch Range, where tumbleweeds might theoretically roll if they weren't caught in the spokes of a passing bicycle, sits an establishment of peculiar perfection: The Biker & The Baker. My compass has unerringly pointed to their door every single time I visit Salida over the past five years. It is a tradition forged in sugar and chain grease, where the rugged American West meets the precision of French pastry. Pairing high-desert riding with artisanal baking seems like a recipe for a pile-up, but the execution here is a sweet ride. You will find aerodynamic cyclists sitting elbow-to-elbow with flannel-draped modern prospectors, united by a singular quest for butter. The Biker handles the gears, the Baker handles the tiers. They aren't just coasting on charm; they are pedaling toward culinary triumph, baking up a storm that rivals the monsoons over the Arkansas River. The confections are miniature monuments to indulgence. I have routinely panned for gold in this valley, but the true motherlode is their lemon tart--a symmetrical marvel of citrus striking like a high-noon sun. Their charcuterie boards are arranged with the geometric exactitude of a surveyor mapping a railroad. Whether you are gearing up to summit Mount Shavano or recovering from a grueling promenade, this sanctuary provides the requisite fuel. It is the exceedingly charming destination itself.

This one really stood out. It has that great local, small-town feel without being overly expensive like some spots can be. The menu has plenty of solid options, everything we've tried has been really good, and the pricing is very reasonable for the quality you get. One of my favorite touches is the coffee setup--they bring out an insulated carafe, so you can refill your cup whenever you want without waiting on a server. It's such a small thing, but it makes the whole experience feel more relaxed and enjoyable. Between the quality, the pricing, and the service, this place really checks all the boxes for us. It's officially part of our weekend routine now whenever we're in town. We come up every other weekend to visit family, and this is a place we keep coming back to. The sandwiches are really good and consistently high quality every time. The menu has a ton of options--it can feel a little overwhelming at first--but honestly, you can't go wrong. We've tried quite a few, and every single one has been great in its own way. Pro tip: during the summer, the line can wrap around the block. If you don't want to wait 30-40 minutes, ordering online is definitely the move. Also, don't skip their bars--they're absolutely amazing. Perfect to grab for later if you're heading out on a hike, or just enjoy it right there. Highly recommend grabbing a sandwich and taking it down to the river--that's honestly the best part of the whole experience.
