The situation was a bit of a unique case in that I had converted a sunroom into a second bedroom and there were some areas that were not finished well enough so it allowed for space for the rats to get in between the roof I put over the top and the mesh sunroom original finish. I do have guests staying frequently in that room so it had become absolutely not usable by the time they'd made their nests with night noises and, unfortunately, droppings. I am an animal lover so asked Michael if he could remove them without killing them and not only did he do that but he re-did the ceiling so it actually looks far better than before and even added a really beautiful rustic trim. Full exclusion of the rats and I really appreciate his courtesy of my time, working in between when I have guests, and my budget. I did my rounds in attaining quotes from the big termite companies, they were very expensive and told us we had other pest issues we would have to take care of when initially we just called for termite/fumigation. Ultimately I got a recommendation for Encite. At our first meeting Mike was honest and straight forward and didn't try to sell us things we didn't need, we knew we had to take our business to them. Mike confirmed what we assumed already about the other companies that they had lied to us about issues just to upsell their services. Since the fumigation we have had no issues and have since become quarterly pest control customers with Encite. Adam has been attentive to any issues we have with pest, we used to have a lot of ant issues and we no longer have those large ant infestations we would normally always expect after rain or in the summer.
