I questioned the workers doing this as it was about to rain, but they assured me that it would be fine. We had a downpour within one hour of them painting and sure enough, the paint job suffered. I had to contact Aylton, the owner, repeatedly for 6 weeks before the painting was finally touched up. There were many weather days when painting was not an option, but the company didn't try to fulfill their promise of correcting things in a timely manner or without my constant reminding. Several days later I received a quote by US Mail from Reliable Fence of Woburn Mass... The quote was $2526, which seemed like a high price, as I received a quote from another Fence company for $2600, for the same amount of fence. If Reliable Fence stood behind their $20% discount, that would be $200 off each $1000, of which was not set in the quote. I expected to get a quote for $500 off the average price, which did NOT happen. Reliable Fence lost me as a customer because they were not fair with their quote.

I hired Axel Landscaping Company to replace a fence post and two panels. Per our agreement, all…read morematerials were to be pressure-treated wood. When the installer, Axel, arrived, I asked him several times to verify the material, and he repeatedly confirmed the material was pressure-treated while on-site. The following day, a neighbor who is a contractor informed me that the panels installed are actually untreated pine. That has also been confirmed by Home Depot employee. I contacted Axel to request that he fulfill the original contract by installing the correct pressure-treated panels. While he acknowledged the discrepancy, he refused to rectify the situation. I will never hire Axel company again. The fence post is covered with a lot of mildew. Axel has used the cheapest materials.
