The view is amazing but here's the thing... the food is way overpriced and customer service at the food window is severely lacking.
My last experience made me even question wanting to go back at all and giving them my business ever again I ordered the fish tacos (only two tacos with no sides) for about $14.00. I thought for that price they must have at least a nice serving of fish. When asked if I wanted tartar sauce (which usually isn't on a fish taco because there are other sauces typically) I said I don't think so. I then got the pretty empty tacos (mostly flour tortilla with a sliver of fish, a sprinkle of coleslaw (couldn't even taste it) and mostly iceberg lettuce. The tomatoes were a few tiny triangles so thinly sliced that they barely would qualify as a slice, with absolutely no sauces on it whatsoever. So underwhelming, dry, and a complete rip off. I went to the window and said "I didn't realize there was no other sauce on the taco and it is a little dry. Could I get a little tartar sauce please?". The reply was literally this, "since your asking for it now it's an extra dollar if you want tartar sauce." I actually said "I paid for it already... are you kidding?". No, I actually had to pay a dollar to get a little sauce for my empty and dry overpriced taco, making the worst fish tacos cost me $15 and I was still hungry.
The poutine was good however and the view beautiful.
Also, I know it is outdoors but hornets kept following us and landing on our food and landing on me and my guest. It was actually really disturbing and gross. They need more hornet traps when patrons are actually sitting and not just where staff are working. read more
