I think they didn't look or put in the number properly themselves and just didn't look to check and assumed what my actual phone number was was a mistake because the area code is one digit off from the local one as I moved here from a different state. But even then, the door bell is right there. If your staff can't figure out how to use a doorbell, you can't figure out how to tell them to use it, you're not very smart and shouldn't be in a field like this. I had to miss an incredibly important doctor's appointment that can't be rescheduled until February because they couldn't do the BARE MINIMUM that was their job. Lazy morons.

My appointment ran longer than expected and she didn't complain even though she had other trips scheduled. When I arrived home, I realized that I had left my phone in the car. When I contacted the company they immediately contacted the driver and my phone was found and was notified within minutes that the driver would deliver the phone to me. This is a professional well run service.

Both Danny's and Andy's taxi services routinely charge much more than these rates allow.
