At that point I was just thankful that my shoes weren't lost forever and left. I don't understand why they even bother to have a notebook where they supposedly keep track of their work....I'm torn about this place since they did great work on my shoes before with reasonable price but I'm just getting tired of never getting my shoes on time. The worker claimed the damage was already there and told me the entire sole now needed replacing at a cost of over $100. I knew the condition of my shoes when I dropped them off, and we had both inspected them. I was also disappointed that nobody contacted me during those two weeks to explain why the repair couldn't be completed. These were my favorite shoes, and I had planned to wear them for my birthday.
