Look no further, you have found the person/company you want to use for your project. I can't tell you how much I appreciate Jon's (and his crew) honesty, dedication and care. You aren't just getting a job done, you are getting an ally in the process start to finish. Good, fair and honest pricing, amazing fast communication, and availability. Also was able to connect us with other service people we needed. Our house is one nightmare after another and I know I have found the one call to make when things go sideways. read more

Jon and his team came in and masterfully demo'ed our kitchen, in exactly the way we wanted, and left the place spotless. My wife is very sensitive to dust and was pretty anxious about this process in the days leading up to it, and Jon made himself available to answer any questions and communicate what to expect so there were no surprises. They made sure to use air scrubbers and kept the house well separated with encapsulating tarps so no dust entered our living spaces. He was also very up front about the cost of everything and was very reasonably priced for all the work and precautions made. Everyone was so nice and clearly really enjoyed working with each other and I will absolutely call them in next time I need anymore demo work. read more

My #1 choice for all demo and hauling! Jon is very professional and it's always a pleasure to work with him

I can't thank Jon enough for being so prompt, and responsive! He got back to me right away when I called and was happy to remove all of my grandmothers old furniture and dispose of it properly. This was a very stressful time for my family, and he made it seamless to call and have it done. Well priced and well worth it! I appreciate you returning my call and getting the job done the following day. This is your guy for all demolition and hauling projects! read more

We've used Mogey Demo twice now and couldn't be happier. Communication was great. They were super careful with our kitchen demo since we are living here during the reno. They cleaned everything up and even hauled away some extra items! Priced very fairly too. We will 1000% use again for any demo/junk hauling needs. read more

John and Petey came through in a big way! We live deep out in the mountains, and getting here alone is a big ask for some contractors. Not only did John come through to check it out before hand, but was able to "tetris" everything into one VERY full load. Five stars/ Two thumbs up/ A+ Cannot recommend highly enough! read more

Jon and his team did an excellent job cleaning out and organizing my over-stuffed garage. They are super hard working and did everything exactly as we asked. They were on time, efficient, and cleaned our stuff really well. Jon was very responsive to questions and made sure the job was done right. Will and Cesar did an excellent job. My garage looks great and is finally organized. Highly recommend! read more

Upon putting out a quote request for junk removal service, I came across a lot of responses. Jonathan with SCV Junk Removal was the ONLY one that really worked around my busy schedule to come by after hours to give me an in person quote. On top of that he again came thru with doing my clean out on his usual day off (Sunday). I can't say enough about his work ethic and willingness to accommodate my busy schedule. He showed up on time and got the junk removed in a very timely manner. Will definitely hire SCV Junk Removal in the future. HIGHLY RECOMMENDED!! read more

We had two of our fireplaces renovated and our contractor ended up disappearing on us mid work. That's including getting the debris we had in front of our house towed away. Scott is amazing at the communication, and Will showed up as time requested and managed to get it all out within an hour and a half. Thank you SCV Junk Removal! I'll be sure to keep you in contact for future work around the house. You guys are amazing! read more

Very professional, high quality work done by this company. Highly recommend if you require any of the services they provide!

SCV Junk Removal handled the demo of our powder room that needed to happen for a renovation and they did an excellent job. I was first in contact with the owner, Jonathan, who was extremely friendly, communicative, and excellent to coordinate with over the phone. He was able to fit us in just a few days after our initial call. Scott and Will were the two workers who completed the entire demo and they were very punctual arriving right on time and got fast to work on setting up their workspace to protect our home and get started right away. They were also highly considerate every step of the demo, we of course expected it to get extremely loud at times as it was a demo, but anytime they knew their work was about to be at its loudest they always gave us a polite heads up along with a rough time estimate for how long it would last. So professional and considerate! What makes Jonathan, Scott, and Will's work so outstanding above all was their constant communication throughout the entire project. If you have ever done a full remodel of a room before then you know the up's and down's that naturally happen when you run into the unexpected. Anytime a potential problem came up, Scott and Will immediately notified us of what they came across and then Jonathan was on the phone with us minutes later as the project manager to tell us what he felt our best options were so that we could decide from there. For example, when they were in the middle of demo'ing the linoleum floor there were some stubborn pieces that were very difficult to scrape the last few bits out. They knew we had a tile person that would be coming in later in the process so they made sure we could loop him in before proceeding so that the tile guy would be able to do his job properly. Talk about being so considerate of our entire renovation process by looking ahead to the step that happens long after they are done! They could have easily just completed the demo part of the job however they wanted just to finish it without saying anything, but instead they were always keeping us informed and letting us know all of our options every step of the way so that our renovation could continue to go smoothly long after their part was done. Overall, what matters most to us whenever we do a home renovation is to have people onboard that not only communicate well every step of the way, but also ones that really care about doing the job correctly and efficiently and these guys went above and beyond. We will absolutely be calling them again for any future work! read more

If you want quick, easy, and professional junk removal in the Santa Clarita Valley, you need to hire SCV Junk Removal. This locally owned business has the best rates in town and they were so pleasant to work with! We were initially going to make several trips to the junk yard ourselves, but after doing some research we decided to give SCV Junk Removal a try. Let me just say that we made the absolute best decision in calling them! Caitlin was our main point of contact. All we had to do was provide a picture of how much junk we had, she gave us a quote, and scheduled a date and time to pick it up. When she and Jeff arrived, they had their masks on, they quickly got to work, and were done in less than an hour!  They were also so nice and polite!  We were so impressed at how quick and easy it was, that we decided to keep cleaning and call them for a second pickup! The second time was even quicker, maybe only a half hour! They've earned loyal customers in us and when we do another big purge, we know who to call. Thank you, SCV Junk Removal! read more

I am so grateful that Jon has been my go to for the decluttering I have been doing for almost a year now! This is the third trip to pick up junk. I can't thank him enough for today because he allowed me to add a last minute ottoman that I would have procrastinated clearing out. I found a keepsake that was perfect timing before the year end. No words can describe this treasure. Thank you Jon and Will, you guys are the best!! read more

I called around to find someone to come haul off a bunch of old fascia boards & other misc junk from a house that we did a full exterior repaint & full fascia board & wood trim replacement in canyon country. The owner actually answered on the first call which was great.. super professional, friendly and was able to give me a ballpark price with a picture. The following morning he was able to come out and take a look in person and hauled off everything in lightning speed for a reasonable price that was within the ballpark and towards the lower end of the range he gave. I'll definitely be using this company for all of my future junk/trash removal needs. Keep up the great work guys! read more

I requested service and got a callback immediately. We arranged a time the following day. He kept me updated on his arrival time and was here when he said he would be. Jon was great. We was super responsive to messages and very flexible on timing. He quoted me around $700 for the job which I thought was reasonable but the best part was after they were done the price ended up being $550 I would have gladly paid the $700 and been happy. but the fact that he lowered the pricing because it didn't fill his trailer all the way up truly shows his integrity, professionalism and honesty. I'll never use anyone else ever again. Thank you Jon! read more

They were quick to give me a quote, texted me to give updates of the time of arrival, made sure to ask me to check if things had any personal items inside...they were AWESOME!!!
