Kristen is awesome and I'd highly recommend working out at this gym! I've worked with lots of personal trainers before and Kristen is by far my favorite. I like the gym because it's small and personal -- I'm usually the only person training there at any given time, which works well for me because I hate big, crowded gyms and this is the absolute opposite. I have been a client of Kristen's for a year and a half. Deciding to see a trainer was a big deal for me.
