The potato salad had ALOT of celery and peppers in it. The wings & ribs were seasoned great and cooked and smoked perfectly. The stewed okra was nothing special tasted like they were dumped out of a can. Collard greens were unimpressive. Baked beans were too spicy for our liking. Moes Original BBQ in Priceville has good food but unfortunately they are hindered by too many incompetent employees. Orders are often wrong. Chicken has been severely undercooked. Don't try to ask a question about anything related to the menu or restaurant because no one working there knows. If you do get an answer it's probably wrong. There is a Moes bbq in Decatur downtown. I recommend that location. It seems to be better managed and operated. read more

Boy what a fantastic mistake I made! I ordered for pickup from what I thought was the Decatur, close by Moes. When I got there to pickup my order, there was no order to be found. I of course, not being from around here visiting my brother, went to the priceville store instead. I was so embarrassed, but the guys and gal in there, (bummed I didn't get names) made me feel so welcome, called the other store to cancel and proceeded to cook my pretty big order, full rack of ribs, and 30 chicken wings. Was done in a jiffy, gave me a drink while I waited, extra sauce and a million smiles and thanks up and down! So so friendly best service EVER! The sides are small little cups but that's okay as I wanted to try everything!! We opted for the squash casserole. Full of onions,squash with a custard. We also ordered the black eyed peas, cornbread stuffing with cranberry sauce on top and finally OH THE PEACH COBBLER! Had we not been in public I would've licked the bowl.
