The food delivery was scheduled for 12:00 to 12:15pm. Two gentlemen from 306 arrived precisely at 12;00. Our meeting was still underway with the Alabama Division President speaking. The gentleman were as quiet as church mice as they unpacked and laid out the food on the serving tables. I quietly met them in the hallway, paid them and thanked them for their professionalism.
