I live out of state and have a membership with another carwash. In comparison, the Drake's wash cycle was longer and more involved. I felt like the car was very clean when I left. Comparing the pricing to what I pay, getting a monthly subscription would be a no-brainer. My carwash even charges for the vacuums, which Drake's does not if you are a customer. Highly recommended!

Now you have to pull up to a gate that never works and hope someone comes out within five minutes. Their new equipment never does a good job and the car is still wet after the dryer. Jerrys always had someone to dry your vehicle and make sure it looked right. Word of mouth is pretty bad about this wash anymore. Most are not happy with the changes. There are too many other car wash locations nowadays, owned by people who care, to keep going to this chain of washes. I cancelled.

There were four auto car washes -- one (to the far right) offered an additional "plus" option and had an extra long line, one was broken, and two (including the one I selected) offered $8, $11 and $12 car wash options. I waited my turn, selected the $12 option and pulled into the garage. I do think that the car wash may have gotten my car a teeny bit cleaner than the gas station version. Not surprisingly, the wash didn't get off some black specks that seem to be permanently attached to my white paint. I'll have to take a stab at those myself. My primary complaint - and the reason I give this car wash 3 stars - was the drying process. I pulled forward very, very slowly at the end as instructed, but my car was still wet when I pulled out. Since "dryer" was part of the selling point for my $12 wash, I was disappointed to leave with a very damp vehicle that did not meet expectations.

They keep expanding their menu offerings. I decided to try a burger for the first time, but I'd give that a 2 out of 5 stars. The bun and the toppings were fine, and the onion petals that came with it were actually quite tasty & very hot. I also took a chance and got their flatbread/pizza and I was expecting it to not be very good, but I was pleasantly surprised that the sauce was actually very flavorful and they put the pepperoni underneath the cheese and it was covered with a very good amount of cheese, so I was actually surprised that I enjoyed that. It was 4 square slices so plenty. Sheetz is basically one of your only choices where you can still get food after a certain hour (9pm) when all the other bars and restaurants kitchens are closed in Cranberry Township. The inside of the car wash seems clean and maintained, but the ordering kiosk is so worn that you cannot even read the options anymore. Many gas pumps were available, so we did not have to wait in line to use a gas pump. The gas pumps sold the premium gas that we needed. The price was similar to what other gas stations charge, and we saved some money by using points from our Giant Eagle Advantage Card. We did not go inside the convenience store, but I know that this location offers Made-to-Order foods such as sandwiches and salads. I also saw a car wash that other customers were using.
