Ordered some food to go on a Tuesday night around 9pm. The online ordering system is quick & easy. The food was ready quickly & I used the automated check out because there were probably about six people in line and the self checkout worked fine. They keep expanding their menu offerings. I decided to try a burger for the first time, but I'd give that a 2 out of 5 stars. The burger itself seemed like it had been already cooked and sitting under a heat lamp, because it was quite dried out and well done. The bun and the toppings were fine, and the onion petals that came with it were actually quite tasty & very hot. I also took a chance and got their flatbread/pizza and I was expecting it to not be very good, but I was pleasantly surprised that the sauce was actually very flavorful and they put the pepperoni underneath the cheese and it was covered with a very good amount of cheese, so I was actually surprised that I enjoyed that. It was 4 square slices so plenty. Sheetz is basically one of your only choices where you can still get food after a certain hour (9pm) when all the other bars and restaurants kitchens are closed in Cranberry Township. I don't eat there often, but it will suffice in a pinch. read more

As fast as MTO experience this store had to have like 8 people in the kitchen and no one cared or even tried to pay attention to what they were doing. More people on cell phones. Our food was done and paid for and they ignored the paid slip and wouldn't give me my food. App sampler was decent. Fries were mush and not cooked enough. I won't be back to this location. Exzellent Location! I stopped here a few times during my stay in Cranberry TWP, PA. Entering and Exiting is right at a traffic light and not to shabby to get in and out. I love love love their Tacos. They remind me of Jack in the Box, but you can customize what's inside. Yum! Supreme it was. A 3 pack was like 5 bucks or something and it was great. Pretty standard location with all the regular amenities but it was a Godsend this past week when I was looking for a place to fill up my 26ft Uhaul truck before I dropped off in Cranberry. The parking lot and stalls are wide enough that I got through no problem and the roof is high enough that I didn't have event the slightest concern like I might have at a smaller gas station. It's Sheetz, you probably don't need a descriptive review. I have to say, the only reasons it is popular are 1. 24-hours open 2. Looks pretty cool inside and out 3. It has indoor and outdoor dining 4. It has a Z at the end On the other hand, their prices are so high I don't think I will be going to a Sheetz again unless I have to do it to live. I expect convenience stores to be a bit pricey, but Sheetz is a whole new world of pricey. Also, they don't seem to ever have enough nightshift workers. This is one of the best Sheetz locations I've ever been to! The store is clean, organized, and fully stocked. There seems to be more snack and drink options here than other Sheetz locations. It also has a nice layout that's very spacious and efficient. The restrooms are always clean, and staff members are friendly. I had the egg white flat bread breakfast sandwich off the healthy menu. It was good. The flat bread was crispy on the edges and had good flavor. The sausage on the sandwich was great. Sheetz is like the the gas station's equivalent to a small retail supercenter. They started by just selling gas, then they expanded to selling food, (which is pretty good) lottery, speciality coffees, ice cream, milkshakes, carwashes, beer, wine, and many, many other items. My only issue is when walking in, they ALWAYS smell as if there was a fire that morning. They really need to consider getting new ventilation equipment for the food preparation area. read more

I just went for a coffee to wake my ass up from a long weekend of debauchery and hanging out. I've never had a bad coffee or meal at Sheetz, and it is the perfect place to hit at 3 am after the bars close, and I've inevitably struck out, forcing me to go home and eat my feelings away. I've been to this Sheetz countless times. The store could be cleaner and the cashiers could be more friendly and quicker. It's not unusual to see a line of four to six customers and only one cashier. So much for convenience. I do have to say, though, I think this Sheetz's MTO is probably the industry model of what all of the Sheetz stores should be. I think this Sheetz serves the food hotter than the other ones and is the quickest, all things considered. read more

I'm usually a big fan of Sheetz. I think they have very good food and an awesome atmosphere but this location is absolutely terrible! My biggest problem with this location is the fact that they never ever have the fountain drink machine filled up. I come inside there 3-4 times a day and get an extra large fountain drink and every single time I come in there, I have to tell them to fill the vanilla on the machine because I like vanilla Pepsi. They always tell me that they'll fill it but never do. A lot of times, the sweet tea isn't ever made correctly. Now mind, this is also when they actually have cups and lids out for people to get drinks, which doesn't always happen. This problem occurs in the middle of the day and in the middle of the night. The food is very good but extremely over priced and especially for the amount of time you have to wait. I have waited over 30 minutes before ever getting my food. The staff isn't very friendly. They're very rude sometimes and don't want to fix problems whenever there is one. The store isn't the cleanest either, it's just a mess. I really think that they need to hire different managers and employees because the current ones are running it into the ground. I have all of my problems at this Sheetz and none of the other ones. I wouldn't recommend going to this Sheetz for anything more than gasoline, and even then, I'm sure you could find it cheaper somewhere else. Location is hard to get in and out of, especially with big trucks and SUV parking in the car section and blocking the view of people pulling into the lot. Being from way out of town, I had never experienced Sheetz stores until this visit. I'm now wishing they were located in my area because it was so cool to order on the kiosk and then receive a perfectly made sandwich with taste that was so much better than a lot of the big chains, at a good price. It wasn't as fast as I expected which probably makes me sound like an entitled jerk. I found it pretty awkward standing around with about ten other customers waiting on our food. My husband summed it up when he said that we all looked like we thought our order was lost or forgotten and then when someone's number was called, they were inordinately surprised & delighted. So true! It was comical. I ordered a bacon sandwich on pretzel bread, which was absolutely delicious and piled with lettuce, spring mix, pickles & banana peppers for under five bucks. read more

A new Sheetz. Excellent quality control. Very convient off of both 19 and Freedom Road. Car wash is there as well. Made to order is cool and easily rival subway. In the morning hundreds (really) of workers stop, fuel, and get breakfast and lunch ready to go. Very large variety of drinks and refreshments. Cranberry finally got a new Sheetz and it's awesome! And crowded. Everyone loves the new store. It's like a traffic jam to turn in. Even though it's only a 1/2 block from the old location, the new store is 10X's busier. Maybe that's because you can find a place to park! Maybe they are crazy about the car wash. Why has NY not caught on to this incredible midwest craze?! The concept of Sheetz is incredible. You fill up your car with gas and then you fill up your stomach with an endless selection of sandwiches, wraps, salads and other snacks (quesadillas, chicken fingers etc.) On top of that, they have a great selection of coffee drinks (although surprisingly, they didn't have iced coffee!) and a MILKSHAKE MACHINE- yeah, seriously. All of this is made to order and is done relatively quickly. They also have your other run of the mill 7-11 fare. I hope and pray that Sheetz makes its way to NY some time soon. This is a nice Sheetz and the perfect place for me to stop for gas and a snack before/during/after work. I stopped by here around noon today, and it was packed. The car wash had a line of at least 5 cars, the pumps were mostly full, and the convenience store had a line of at least 8 people. Despite all the people, I was able to get in and out quickly, and the cashier helped me with a smile. read more

Me my fellow Canadian business associates were on our way to pittsburgh to explore the wonders of Carson ave and take in the Fourth of July Merica style. On our way we realized we needed road pops and decided to pull into sheetz and boy are we glad we did. From the moment we walked in you could tell they had convenience on the build sheet. Everything from beer, greasy snacks, clean washrooms to fat Americans could all be found within these 4 walls. We then proceeded to crush a few beers in the parking lot and just take it All in. It's not everyday you pull into gas station that feels like 5 start restaurant! Needless to say we will be stopping here again on out next trip to the burgh! read more
