    Chicken and Yakisoba noodles. Yum!!

Absolutely delish!! Every time we come they are consistently yummy. They also have the best salad dressing for their side salad!

I ordered #6 charbroiled skewered prawns on a bed of stir-fry vegetables. My plate did not come with stir-fry vegetables. Picture below. Instead they gave me salad and rice.

The hype is real here! Like the feeling when you get your first apartment and can now say, "#$#% them dishes" and eat cookies in the bed. The Food: The good here is always top notch and if you're from the Seattle area we know our Teriyaki. The portion sizes here always HUGE and you can make any entree spicy for .50 more (totally worth it, take a pill). I usually get the amazing spicy chicken, but this time I ordered the spicy teriyaki beef and it was just as good. The beef was cooked very nicely and the portion size was about double what you would get at a normal teriyaki restaurant. I definitely plan on going back and trying more of their menu. PROS: -Food -Portion size -Speedy service -Prices CONS: -Seating area -No Curry Katsu

Updating review: Well .... Staying off the carbs so I wanted JUST mixed veggies - no rice. They charged me the $11.25 PLUS ANOTHER $4.50 for stir fry veggies which was ONLY 2 1/2 cups of cabbage and ONE broccoli floret ????? If your going to order just off the menu with no changes - good place -- but making changes $$$$ -- they charge you for every little thing. Not happy about the EXTRA CHARGES, just because I don't want the carbs in my order.

    #16 chicken teriyaki & Gyoza

Once again want to be able to give a half star. I would like to give 3 1/2 for this teriyaki place but can't give 4. Met a friend here for lunch about a week ago. We both ordered the same thing the #16 chicken teriyaki & gyoza combo. Was disappointed they didn't have lunch specials at lower prices. And had I realized the size of the order my friend and I could have split it. She wisely ordered hers with teriyaki sauce on the side. Mine was drowned in the sauce. The meat itself was good. All white meat. The salad also received a generous helping of dressing. The gyoza were my favorite part of the meal. We dined in and it got quite smoky from the kitchen. Luckily the lady working the counter opened the door to air it out. Unfortunately she shut it too soon and it got smoky again shortly. I think they need a better ventilation system in their kitchen.

This place hasn't change in 18 years! Good food and great owners Classic and feels like home

    This is the Mongolian beef....
    Christine S.

Super Disappointed.... staff is friendly and place is nice and clean. But sadly the food was very meh.... The chicken teriyaki was OK, a bit dry and the Mongolian beef was not good... It was a cabbage mix, no rice noodles, beef was dry and flavor was nothing like Mongolian beef I've tasted.

Sure, love her. Fresh and delicious is table stakes at this point. What I'm actually looking for is creativity--something inventive, exciting, new. Not papier-mâché. Not arts and crafts. Just... something I haven't already eaten a hundred times. Sushi Konami absolutely gets it. The appetizers alone deserve their own standing ovation. The breaded oysters are fantastic, especially drizzled in the chili sauce on the side. And then there are the "monkey brains"- basically a large mushroom stuffed with cream cheese and crab, battered and fried into a tempura ball of joy. Does it sound like it could stop your heart after one bite? Possibly. Will you regret eating it? Absolutely not. Just bring a defibrillator and a positive attitude. The rolls are consistently unique and interesting, the kind where you read the description and think, Okay, I trust you. It honestly feels hard to go wrong here. And if you're more of a traditionalist, no worries, you can still get your dragon roll or rainbow roll and be perfectly happy. Highly recommended. Already looking forward to my next visit.

Or I should say, my wife had sushi. We go to sushi restaurants frequently but I never developed a taste for raw fish. So I'm always looking for non sushi items. I was pleasantly surprised. I had gotten their bento lunch special last year and was very happy with the amount of food but did not receive miso soup. They raised this price by $5 and I couldn't really justify that so I decided to get something else. My boyfriend got their sushi roll lunch special last time and in our recent visit and was happy with his choices. I got the sushi rolls lunch specials this time and I wished the rolls had more rice on them as there spots that had no rice at all or it would just come apart. For our rolls, we have tried their Philly roll, shrimp tempura roll, Lion King Roll, and spicy Bay roll. The sushi here is just your average sushi spot. It doesn't really differentiate itself from other places. For example, the spicy bay roll that I got just had a line of sriracha sauce and I was hoping for their own spicy sauce to top it off. The teriyaki was good from what I remembered but again, nothing to really differentiate it from other nearby locations. The service is friendly but they never come back to check on you or refill waters. Even when we were finished, the waitress was watching TV and must have got engrossed in it that she forgot we were there as no take out orders or other customers came in while we were there. They do have a large TV playing sports but no music and the TV was rather quiet. The space is nice but it just felt very dark but we sat next to a window so I could take nice pictures. I think this will be our last visit as there are other locations offer a better dining experience with better service and ambiance.

From the undercooked vegetables and rice to the missing portions of people's entrées, including my own husband was disappointing and clearly overpriced. The chef was clearly inexperienced. My husband ended up with hot shrimp in his lap and I had grease all over my dress. It was shameful. Service was lacking if you wanted a second drink and you were a little older and not a girl that wasn't even happening. We were also asked if we were buying for the whole table considering its community seating that seemed a little off putting. It was clear that we were not altogether and that there were three separate parties. We were a party of three adults and one child so three main adults ordered large portions of food and we did do the seven dollar shareable but when it came to adding a gratuity, we realize that they had automatically added 18% onto our bill as if we were a party of six or more once again overcharging not much here for us. Hope this can help somebody to make a decision, but we will not return. Good luck

Must try the Snapper Ngiri Been reading some of the reviews and I wanted to say to the person that was complaining about fake crab that most all sushi restaurants use it. If you want real crab you can ask for it. Some rolls are listed in the menu with real crab meat. Also fish bones will be found in Eel/Unagi everywhere and I seriously doubt it was in your fish. To some that say it's too expensive I say if you can't afford to eat sushi then Taco Bell is always an option. That being said this place has prices similar or lower than trappers and last time I went to Trappers I actually reached into the tip jar and took back my $20 and left it was so bad.
