One stain had been set for years, and we were told it was hopeless--Taylor proved them wrong and completely removed it. Taylor arrived right on time, was super personable, and worked hard from start to finish. The cleaning solution he used smells mild and pleasant--no harsh chemical odor lingering afterward--and now there is absolutely no trace of any urine smell. By the time he was done, our carpets looked brand new. I honestly wish we had found Carpet Boss years ago! Their prices are extremely reasonable as well.
