I worked with Aaron and he was able to do it in about an hour, and the rate was reasonable. I had really been struggling with this and it was very satisfying watching someone with 20 years experience come in and handle my project quickly and efficiently. For my second project, I used Elite 1 Electric again, I liked the people I worked with, and their prices were in line with the market. I needed to add two switches and run service lines from the inside of my home to my deck for a fan (lower level) and for my railing posts for night lights (upper level). It took 2 people about 3 hours to complete the project, and I was very happy with there results.

We bought both furnace and AC units from them, and they had never steered us wrong. Last summer we bought a new AC unit based on Alec's suggestion and at the time found him to be honest & knowledgable in the process. Alec also suggested Lennox's new iHarmony zoning thermostat of which now after researching we paid way too much (we were charged $3K+ and it costs approximately $387 online). After installation we returned home from being out of town to an above 80-degree house to later learn the new thermostat had been programmed wrong upon installation. They did come right away on a weekend & made some temporary changes to get the house cooled down. The heat continued for days after that. Alec couldn't figure it out and turned it over to Ronnie. Ronnie tried to fix it (meanwhile we were still battling the July heat) and told us to stay in touch via phone. That was the last time a text or call was answered and were unwilling to call Lennox support to fix the problem. We finally had to go through a painful 1+ hour support call ourselves to learn the zones had not been set up correctly upon installation. Correcting the thermostat fixed the problem immediately. Never heard from Absolute Comfort again, and we chose not to pursue any longer. We felt like taking our money was priority this time around, not customer satisfaction. That was a dealbreaker for us.

I reached out and Wired Up Right was back in my inbox within 15 minutes. Deondre worked with my schedule, we were able to quickly set up a time & agree upon a price and before I knew it, we had a working ceiling fan. The whole process was so simple and we were very happy with the value. So when we purchased two NEW ceiling fans, I didn't hesitate to reach out directly again. Same outstanding response, same flexible scheduling, and the same fantastic value. Deondre even found a burned wire in one existing ceiling fan that was likely a potential fire hazard, so he not only provided expert installs but safety measures as well. Winning! Could not recommend Wired Up Right highly enough. He's a master electrician, excellent small business owner, and great with people. I don't really want to hire him again because that means I have new electrical problems. But when we do, and we likely will, Wired Up Right will be the first, and only, provider that I call.
