The technician showed up within about 15 minutes of the appointed time. The tech did the diagnosis and determined that the safety spring on the right side had broken. He replaced the spring and was on his way in about an hour. The cost was quite reasonable. A day or two ago, the door developed a horrible squeak so I call All Door and set another appointment for this morning (2/16). The tech arrived at exactly the appointed hours, did his diagnostic work, made the appropriate adjustments, and was on his way in about 45 minutes. I couldn't ask for better service I would recommend this vendor for all manner of garage door work.

We signed a contract in late January 2019, and work was not done until the end of September 2019. The delays were all on Ofir. He used our job as a fill-in between other jobs, even though he promised it would receive his undivided attention. At one point in time he lost his entire crew. He was a two person operation for most of the time. The person working for him bad-mouthed the work he did. The place was always left a complete mess. He was never on-site to supervise his flunkies. So many things had to be done twice or even three times. Garbage was piled in every room and outside as well. It never seemed to be removed! Ofir was rude in his responses to our e-mails. One time he told me to wait until he was finished to complain. He left a expletive-laden voice mail on my husbands phone. Unless you want sloppy workmanship and endless delays, don't even think about using OM Construction.

He continually changed workers and the quality showed for at times they would break the glass they were replacing!! One particular time he brought with him this young kid (who looked like he just got out of rehab) who CRACKED a window frame in 2 places while replacing a coil. No apologies, no discount on the charges, no removal of the charge. Mike simply came back with some Gorilla glue! I should of learned my lesson then. Last Spring he came to replace a glass and, again, broke the replacement glass. Keep in mind I have to fight with another window company to get the glass. He kept me with this broken glass for almost a year. He gave me a bill which I questioned for I thought he charged me to replace the glass he broke. So when I asked for a lower bill that's when Mike went off on me. I received multiple calls and texts stating how dare I ask for a lower bill. So, ok, I sent him a check for the $150. Not even a week went by when he harassed me over 2 days for the money. I had already sent the check. I shared with him that his behavior was out of line and disrespectful, he again went off on me on how I was wrong and he was right. I asked for a simple apology and he responded: "lol". He claimed to have a full team and promised timely, high-quality work. In reality, it was just two workers, and progress constantly stalled when he wasn't on-site. Over 12 weeks, our basement flooded twice, our sump pump was damaged and we were blamed, and our electrical panel was tripped by his equipment. His crew worked sporadically, sometimes not at all, and basic tasks like installing a toilet took months. He also pushed unnecessary upgrades, including replacing a functioning boiler and a kitchen window. The Pella window he recommended took months to install, arrived defective, and still isn't fixed. He verbally, and in his written contract, described a warranty that does not match Pella's written policy, and we've had an extremely difficult time getting support from them. Please see the attached pictures of the contract I signed with Mr. Angelis and the response from Pella windows regarding the warranty. Pella is quoting me $1619.38 for the repair, despite being promised a lifetime warranty by Mr. Angelis, which he promised was transferable and would include all mechanical and glazed parts. Mr. Angelis was paid $6,600 for this window. I posted a detailed review during the project outlining these issues. It appears that review and the name of the business was changed. I'm reposting this because nearly a year later, we are still dealing with the consequences of his work. Proceed with caution.

I gave them deposits on Friday Oct 11th. It's now November 11th over a month and I have not heard a single update nor have I seen the drawings I was promised by the sales rep Augustin. Furthermore, It's impossible to reach anyone by phone (they have no receptionist). I've called multiple times, emailed multiple times. On the occasion a did get a response, it was vague and a "update coming soon". Having just done a complete renovation of a 3 bedroom home, I know how long it take to do drawings. 3 simple windows, should not take over 4 weeks (and also considering they already did the SAME job to another unit in the building) I cannot recommend this company to anyone.
