I don't know what more I could ask for in a service situation…read more I submitted a Yelp request for service on my Maytag dryer that wasn't heating up so 6 service professionals respond, but SMA was able to do same day service and work with my schedule. The technician arrived on time, looked at my issue and repaired the dryer with parts he had with him. The price was comparable to other service quotes , without an upcharge for same day service. Does it get any better than this? I will be using SMA for any future service needs.

Couldn't find anyone else, so called back at 3pm on a Friday afternoon figuring I'd live with Monday. By that point, some other things had finished up and so Naomi juggled some things and had someone at our house by about 4pm, had the replacement part they needed with them and had a refrigerator that was about to go through a weekend w/out repair fixed. And it sounds like the technician was nice, too. Really good service !

I had another, far more reputable repair company come in to properly diagnose and repair. The Champion tech didn't even open the machine up. It was NOT bad bearings. Is this a scam company that tries to shove as many $125 service calls in an hour they can? I don't know. At $125 per 5 minutes, their time would be $1500 per hour. Avoid this company at all costs.

It's almost impossible to find a local appliance repair person, let alone one you can totally trust! We've known Jason for a few years now. Jason is knowledgeable, accommodating, trust worthy, respectful, helpful, efficient, timely and his fees are MORE than fair! We never worry about him taking advantage of us or anyone we recommend him to. He ALWAYS returns calls. He does not EVER blow off a customer. If he isn't sure about something, he calls the resources he works with. I've heard him speak to people at GE re our dryer. He's always very patient and respectful. Jason is very easy to work with and really a delight to be around. He doesn't dilly dally. He gets in, does the work and he's onto his next job. He doesn't take shortcuts or do things cheap.
