Two weeks later, no call and they forgot to order parts. another week and they came to do the replacement - knocked, we didn't hear it and left after 10 minutes. I called the guy as I saw his truck pull away and he basically said "too late I will have to reschedule and he had other service calls". Home office told me the same thing call next week. I'm trapped - paid like $ 159 for 5 minute service assessment and almost a month later dryer is still broke.

I even went to the address listed in Apple Maps and they had moved. The call center is a gd nightmare. I must've called them five times to explain our situation. They tried to overcharge me for a warranty. They tried to charge me for parts that weren't needed. They promised me an appointment and then moved it back five days. A second tech had to come back a different week. One of the techs missed a diagnosis and also canceled one of the appointments. He was overtly very frustrated with the call center as well and it resulted in an unpleasant demeanor. Family of five without a dishwasher for weeks is very stressful. Taylor is great.

By that point, some other things had finished up and so Naomi juggled some things and had someone at our house by about 4pm, had the replacement part they needed with them and had a refrigerator that was about to go through a weekend w/out repair fixed. Only one tome did they actually diagnose something and during that time it was misdiagnosed. Now I am suffering having to pay for the same service to be done again as they never fixed the real issue. In August the warranty ran out. I diagnosed the most likely cause and ordered a replacement control board myself. Installed the board and the problem is fixed. Where I come from this bad service is not acceptable. Now it appears to be the norm. Very sad.

I checked my CO detectors later and they were working. So... I paid $240 for a half-assed, incomplete diagnostic by a monkey with a 5-gas analyzer. If I did that as an auto mechanic, I would be through. Do yourself a favor and call another company.

Mike was extremely knowledgeable about the issue at hand and was able to fix it quickly. He also explained to me everything that he did, and I feel confident that I could do it myself now if it came down to it. He also gave me some helpful reminders about maintenance. I thought we were going to pay an arm and a leg, but the bill was the best part. Incredibly reasonable prices for lightning fast and thorough service. I would call these guys again in a heartbeat, and I think you should too.

We have used Tri-County Appliance 3 times in the past 2 years. They repaired our microwave, washing machine and refrigerator. I think in every case they were able to come out the same day, and were able to fix each with one trip. I called several area repair shops, Tri-County's prices were very competitive and they were always able to respond to our crisis quicker than anyone else. She had an issue with our washer/dryer and didn't know how to fix it.
