They tried to overcharge me for a warranty. They tried to charge me for parts that weren't needed. They promised me an appointment and then moved it back five days. A second tech had to come back a different week. One of the techs missed a diagnosis and also canceled one of the appointments. He was overtly very frustrated with the call center as well and it resulted in an unpleasant demeanor. Family of five without a dishwasher for weeks is very stressful. Taylor is great.
